Stopped for dinner before an event. Wife and my steaks (filet) were both overcooked (both were ordered medium). Sent back and returned with 2 new steaks that were now drastically undercooked. Had to take home to properly finish as we didn't have time before event for another send back. Restaurant comped us 2 fresh sides of potatoes as opposed to knocking down cost on the bill. Service was excellent and restaurant was very nice and clean. Side dishes were very good. Not sure why there is an apparent disconnect on "doneness" of a $62 steak. With so many dinner options in/around Worcester I don't think we'd go back.

We had Luke Farnsworth and he was so nice and made sure we had a good time. My favorite part was that he remembered our names. Thank you for the best birthday! From

I’m sorry but if I’m paying almost $100 for a single steak you should have chefs that know how to prepare a dish to the appropriate temperature requested. My wife’s steak came out beyond rare (blue/purple rare) The waiter even commented on it before we even had the chance. He asked if it was OK, my wife being the wonderful woman she is said it “should” be fine. Then proceeded to tell me that she would only eat certain pieces and would take the rest home to heat up in our microwave. My steak was medium well, even well done in some places. We both asked for medium rare, and neither of us received it.The grilled asparagus side came undercooked, hard, and crunchy, the pairing sauce however was delicious! The baked potato was amazing! Cooked fully, and had an okay amount of toppings. I understand the “fully loaded” meant it contained the toppings rather than being FULLY loaded. The glass of wine I had was extremely sweet (which I love in a wine), and was well worth it.The waiter made a few comments that almost sounded condescending, however I’m honestly not sure if he was just joking and didn’t mean to come off that way.Overall this experience was not as we expected and more than likely will not return.

Ordered Ribeye, NY Sirloin, and Petite Filet, scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts, and wedge salads. Ribeye and NY sirloin overcooked (ordered medium rare). Petite Filet was cooked fine. Scalloped potatoes were ice cold. Brussel sprouts and wedge salad were ok. Out of stock on the wine we ordered. Won't be back anytime soon. Service was good. Ambiance was nice. Cocktails were good as well.

We go here often, but last night was a bit off. Just small things. It was a quiet night in the restaurant but service was ok - almost like she didn't want to be there. Food was good and consistent.

Our experience was wonderful. The seating was very comfortable. Our server was friendly and let us take our time and relax. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the chicken was so flavorful! The creamed spinach and garlic mashed were amazing. Lobster. Issue is a must try. Even the Caesar salad was wonderful. Great experience. Will definitely go back!

I recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Worcester, MA and must say it is a classy establishment perfect for dates or entertaining clients. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance as it tends to get busy. The ambiance is beautiful and the food is incredibly tasty. We ordered the filet mignon and Stuffed Chicken and both dishes were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place if you are willing to spend at least $100 for two people.

Meh. The 1800-degree oven and 500-degree plate just doesn't do it for me. With The 111 Chophouse in town, I'm not sure why someone would choose a chain. I'm perfectly happy to spend when I feel like I'm getting a superior product or experience but after a couple of visits, I just don't feel that way. My $.02

The food was delicious and the steak cooked to perfection. The experience and ambience were pleasant. The cocktails: blueberry mojito and pomegranate martini were some of the best I've had. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely return for another special occasion.

We came for my husband's birthday and they put little confetti on the table which was so nice! Our server Lorraine was amazing and was very attentive and helpful. Would absolutely come back!

Steaks never disappoint! Salads need some work ' very inconsistent and not up to the level of steaks and wine offerings. We always have been pleased with
