Just had the worst experience at Scruffy Murphy tonight. Put in an order for a 3 topping pizza and after waiting 45 minutes my pizza never came. Asked were is my food??
The order was never put In or something because my food never came.
Asked for a refund and got it.
Be that last time I spend any money in there.

Worst meal I ever had there! Ordered the 10 oz baked haddock. Was not 10 oz and the fish was cooked hard on top and inside was mush! Waited much to long for our meal.

The ribeye was the only thing that was good the mashed potatoes are not real very soupy just like soup the waitress was very in a rush and cold didnt ask how our food was if we wanted dessert or any other things the music was very loud

Come to this place if you want staff to shut the lights on you and pretend they are closed at 1:20am even though on Google, it says they close at 2am on Wednesdays. If that’s the wrong closing time, it shouldn’t be too hard to amend it.

Stopped by Scruffy Murphy's Worcester after landing at Worcester airport, & I was excited to try their $21.99 lobster roll. We began with mozzarella sticks, which were a great value. I paired my lobster roll with sweet potato fries, while he opted for the $16.99 fried captain platter. The lobster roll had plenty of filling, & his platter was devoured before I could try a bite - we left satisfied!

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. The bartender there was SO rude. If I owned a restaurant I would fire her in a HEARTBEAT. My dad ordered a Cuban panini which has pulled pork on it. He is not one to ever ever complain but we just worked a long day and he was starving so I nicely asked the bartender if we could replace it with a burger. She told me that they are super strict there and can’t do anything about it. She didn’t even offer to half the sandwich that was 13 dollars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! We asked for a manager and she said there is none. We use to love this place now we will never go again.

Went here this past Sunday, 2- 23-25 . We were all planning to eat dinner after a long day moving . We had a party of 10 and already waited a bit at least 10 + minutes to be seated. One person said they were just waiting to put the tables together and clean some up. While the mean host said it looks like you're going to have to wait another ( 30 - 45 minutes to be seated), at that point, we decided to leave the restaurant and go elsewhere. While we were leaving the restaurant, another " smaller group " walked after hearing what was said to us. Not very customer friendly . I've never eaten there and was definitely going to give it a try ( oh well) . You should always have a ( Host or Hostess up front) with personality and pleasant for the customers. It definitely makes it a better environment for all.

Waited for 10 minutes at the door with nobody even acknowledging us. Servers walked by.. nothing. Then when we asked a server what was going on she was extremely rude and told us maybe we should go somewhere else. Not the first time we’ve waited for a long time with nobody acknowledging us. All you have to do is say something to the people waiting.. it’s really easy. Never again
