Went to grab a falafel plate for lunch that cost at most $17. Got charged $150 more on my credit card statement. While I was there, the owner was yelling at the female staff.

Charlie and his staff were incredibly warm, charismatic, and really took care of my husband and I! We got an appetizer of hummus and falafel, and also got a falafel salad, falafel wrap and some baklava. We're both vegan and falafel is the way 🤣
Charlie double checked that everything was put together well, vegan, and even opened up a box of baklava so we could try it!
Other customers came in and they all were treated with such warmth and kindness. It felt really special being here.
The food is all lovely, we didn't eat it until an hour after ordering, and it was still lovely. Whenever we're in the area, we will surely stop by at Shawarma Palace!

Stopped to get some food to go, service was super quick and easy. Customer service is incredible. Food is fresh, the meat is juicy and soft and it has great flavor.
The owner of this establishment is super rude and rude to customers. You should improve your service because no one is a dog to accept you talking stupidly to people. Not even a dog should be mistreated.
