Nice open space with plenty of pool tables but the reason I am giving this. 2 is because the bartenders are miserable. They don’t hustle or move they just stare at you before they decide to come over and no smiles. Not a warm feeling from this place

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and felt I was treated unfairly from the moment we walked in (the only exception was the bartenders, who were genuinely kind).
When it came time to pay, the staff questioned my business card because my name was not printed on it. I explained that it was my card and offered to provide proof by logging into my account. Despite refusing to acknowledge that proof, they still went ahead and charged the card. After charging it, they did not want to return my card, which was alarming and completely unacceptable.
When my friend and I calmly raised concerns and asked for a reasonable solution, our drinks were taken away, and staff threatened to call the police rather than de-escalate or resolve the situation. We even offered to pay another way (including cash) just to move forward, but they were not interested in fixing the issue—only in removing us.
I waited while my fiancé brought additional proof that the card was not stolen, but the staff still refused to handle the situation professionally. I will not return, and I do not recommend spending money at a place that treats customers this way.

I will say I’ve been here a couple of times, this place is great depending on who’s on staff though. My buddy had a little too much to drink and accidentally spilled a drink on a pool table and one of the skinny women came over with a crazy attitude saying we had to leave and giving a lot of attitude when we apologized for his spill and threatened to call the police while still being rude to us. I wish I knew her name but she was the most rude, the bartenders were super sweet and very quick with the drink orders. We never got any warnings for being too loud even though we were definitely laughing loudly most of the night but we were treated horribly by that woman and I really feel like she needs to work on her customer service. Really disappointed in the quality of this interaction we had, really felt very unprofessional.

One of the few places in Worcester where you can actually enjoy your time and pay fair prices ❤️❤️ Staff is super nice and I loved the amount of billiard tables they provide for customers. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Visited Shooters Bar & Billiards for the first time, and I’ve got to say—it was a great experience! I’m originally from Texas and love playing billiards, so I was excited to check this place out. The setup is impressive with plenty of pool tables, and the atmosphere was lively, especially on the weekend.
It was pretty busy, but I only had to wait a few minutes for a table. They charge $20 per hour, which I found very reasonable for the quality and vibe of the place. I chatted with the front desk girl about tournaments—unfortunately, they’re not hosting any right now, but it’s definitely a spot I’d return to for casual games and good energy.
Highly recommend if you’re into pool and looking for a fun spot to hang out!

The pepperoni pizza was not even cooked all the way and if it was still would have sucked. Great billiard hall besides the house sticks being horrible. If you’re trying to play pool and got your own sticks then this place would be good if you don’t order anything but maybe I’m wrong…my experience sucked and was expensive for crap

Hello everyone idk if anyone get back to me or not.but I gotta share today story here. So I went to there bar today and I forgot my wallet in my office. And I asked young lady who give you pool table rack and balls. She asked if I showed her pic in my phone. Guy came behind idk who was he owner of manager. He come behind and said we need hold your car key. Coz we don’t know if you will run away after playing game here. I usually go here. It’s nice bar with pool table. So he asked key I was like yea that’s fine I don’t have I’d so that’s okey. But he was showing so much attitude even young lady said ignore him but I can’t. Idk it’s Friday and they were busy I think so he got some issues or something. I was talking normal and after he asked oh I need to take a pic of your id. I even let him do that. And this guy was still barking about it. So I told young lady hey here is your rack and pool balls. I don’t want to play or drink. Idk what’s wrong this guy. But if he is owner he should have see himself a video from the camera and tell me if I said anything wrong or anything. But that so stupid. Probably won’t come back here ever. Btw I left after and I asked this guy to delete my license pic. Coz if anything I’ll sue on you guys to take pic of people id in your personal phone…. Hire some good person who can be polite to people.
