I decided to try Spanish Grill for the first time, and unfortunately, it’ll also be my last. I stood in the actual line to place my order, waiting patiently like any normal paying customer… only to watch multiple people walk in, skip the line completely, and get served right away from the side.
Not once. Not twice. Several times.
What makes it worse is that the food looked delicious, but the staff’s behavior completely ruined the experience. I brought the issue up politely, and they just stared at me, confused and unbothered. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Just unprofessionalism from the very people representing the restaurant.
As a first-time customer, being ignored while others cut ahead of me was unacceptable. After watching this happen repeatedly, I walked out. I refuse to spend money in a place that treats customers this way.
Spanish Grill lost a customer today, and I won’t be returning.

I’m honestly disgusted. Every single time I order from this place, they mess it up — and this time was the worst. I ordered sancocho, but they sent me some random soup with pig feet that’s not even on the menu. It was greasy and disgusting, and after removing the pig feet there was barely any broth left. To make it worse, I even found a hair in it. Absolutely unacceptable. They seriously need to clean up their kitchen and learn how to serve what customers actually order. Never again.

Excellent Dominican food to go, great service by the staff, fair prices, good variety, plenty of choices, I love walking in to the bear of Merengue music, my favorite spot to pick up dinner on my way home after work. Parking in the rear.

the cheapest food you can get in worcester, but damn near the best flavor. 20 dollars here gets 2 people lunch and left overs for dinner! You gotta love the vibe though! high energy and passion for the food the culture. This place doesn't sell food its your passport to another culture!
