I used to be a Starbucks manager and can tell you (unless they're understaffed, which is fair, and even then not too likely) they always make my drink correct. A lot of Starbucks stores with the pink drink for example, tend to forget to shake the coconut milk prior to mixing the drink, and/or forget to shake the drink enough itself which is more likely to yield to the floating coconut pieces. I'm glad they got that down. It's always perfect timing too. Keep up the great work yall!

They should actually care about the customers who walk in and order and have paid. Vs making half the order then giving attitude and 15 min wait to get the rest of your drinks. All while the drive threw keeps moving. Now 2 of the HIT coffees are cold. The cappuccino i ordered to be dry weighed as much as a late. Horrible experience

There was no one in line and it took 5 mins to finally get service. Their priority is the drive thru. I get that you have to keep the cars moving but don’t forget the front counter.

I loved the service they made my drink amazing, I love vanilla cold foam and they put a lot then expected and I adored that and wish that every other Starbucks that I go to does that when I order normally
