The drink quality has gone down substantially at this location. The past three drinks I ordered were absolutely terrible, I had to send back two of them to remake, the first one I was naive and drank it. I think I’m gonna just go to another Starbucks from now on the avoid the hassle tbh.

Waited 30 minutes for my coffee. There were only 3 other customers in the building and the staff was pumping out HUNDREDS of mobile orders for people who weren’t even there. Told them I was waiting on a coffee and they showed no urgency to make it for me and continued making orders for god knows who. Horrible attitudes as well would never return

Hey, look at the drink they gave me, it's not coffee, it's water. I will never choose Starbucks again and I definitely do not recommend this store. The store employees are completely disrespectful and do their job very badly.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Paul, a standout team member at Starbucks. From the moment I walked in, Paul was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I had a bit of a situation, and he went above and beyond to assist me—without hesitation and with a great attitude. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly cares about customer service, but Paul made sure I was taken care of and left with a smile on my face. Big thanks to him for turning my day around. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him on the team!

I’ve been coming every morning here for the same drink since I moved to Worcester. Today I came to the drive thru at 10:54am and was treated with so much disrespect, this is the second time an employee was rude here. However, this was the manager (female-dark with glasses and braids). I brought my initial drink with my receipt for proof and asked them to remake it since it was made with water and not lemonade. The manager at the window states “you do this everyday and I'm not gonna be able to fix it, but you can ask another location). I asked for her name she said “actually I don’t have one) and slams the door in my face. I came only one other time to swap a drink I had paid for. Why would I not be able to bring a drink back I paid 7$ for to be made the correct way? I was in disbelief, especially since I paid for the drink and in no means was I disrespectful (I have the video, which I showed the cops). As I pull off I’m in the parking lot with my two dogs, the cops show up. They ask me what happened and I showed them what went on, they agreed that I was treated poorly, that the manager actually made a different story to dispatch. The cops went in and came out because that manager told them she wants a no trespassing order. Keep in mind I was so nice and polite, it’s not like I didn’t pay for the drink! Ridiculous but I’ve reach out to resources that will be looking into this so this location can teach their employees customer service etiquette. Now I’m banned from this location all because I just wanted them to swap the drink out with the receipt?

Sort of inattentive, didn't put everything I asked for in my order, people get away with vaping inside. So if you're looking to have a meeting somewhere the employees won't be able to describe you if asked to do so later, this is the spot, and check your order.

Store closing time was 9 pm. After walking in the rain, at 8:45pm the doors were locked and she wouldn't let me in. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable!
