Absolutely in LOVE with this location, from Jizelle, to Rachel, to Ryan, EVERY barista makes me feel welcome to indulge in a delicious treat any time my tummy takes me here LOL. The Starbucks get slammed. They do a good job of keeping up with a high volume of customers, but you have to expect that it will always be busy and give the Baristas extra time to get your order together.

Mike and Gaby deserve the biggest shoutout. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to make my day brighter. They’re not only professional and quick with orders, but also genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. It’s rare to meet people who make you feel like more than just another customer, but Mike and Gaby do exactly that. They go out of their way to make every interaction personal and meaningful, and that kind of care is rare to find. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart guys. ❤️

I have been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for the past three years, visiting daily. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

During a drive-through visit, I received my coffee and sandwich but was not given a straw. I tried to get the staff's attention by waving, but no one noticed. I had to honk lightly to get attention, and the response I got was unacceptable. A staff member named Kate came to the window and reprimanded me for honking without even listening to my explanation. She was rude and dismissive, closing the window on me.

I then went inside to speak with her, and instead of addressing my concerns, she repeatedly told me to leave and refused to let me speak. When I asked to speak to her manager, she claimed to be the manager and showed no willingness to resolve the issue.

I also tried to call the store to speak with the other manager, Amber, but was told she was unavailable and didn't even return my call. This lack of professionalism and respect is extremely disappointing, especially as a frequent customer.

Because of this experience, I have decided to escalate the matter and will be contacting the district manager directly. I honestly feel that this location deserves zero stars for this experience.
