I asked the barista to relay a message to the owners or corporate that they never properly stock this location and they run out of everything early every Saturday. I wasn't angry and did not raise my voice. The manager stepped in and raised her voice at me, and said she "didn't appreciate me" talking to the barista that way. This response was very inappropriate and I will never return to this Starbucks.

Just now, Waited in drive-thru for 5-10 minutes. Got up to speaker. Nobody offered assistance or even that it would be minute....waited, for probably 3 minutes all the while the speaker is silent. All cars have already moved up to window. Wouldn't you start to wonder if there was a malfunction? Drive up to window and was told by surly young employee that I would have to go around again and couldn't order there. Well, no thanks! I can't help it if no one came on the speaker to acknowledge me.

Went here on 11/04/24 on my Bday . The biggest issue I have with Starbucks is why is it you " Only have the day of your birthday " to use / redeem the voucher for any - size free drink . What place don't have straws? I couldn't find them anywhere.... The staff aren't super helpful/ friendly or overly welcoming here. I've been here a few times each time the staff seem like they have a very bad attitude... There's a lot of people that come here. I did surely enjoy my Pumpkin Latte it was so yummy and tasted delicious š. I love all things, Pumpkin!! Cannot get enough of it !! For free, it was extremely good ! It's costly eating here.

Just ordered on Grubhub. Purchased an egg, bacon ciabatta which was about 2" in diameter and cold, a bagel that was about the same size with cream cheese and a large mocha coffee. Total of order $22. Huge ripoff!!! Do better Starbucks!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Seleni at this Starbucks location! Her friendly service and genuine charisma made my visit so special, and I truly hope sheās recognized for her incredible work. She has such a warm, welcoming presence that brightened my whole day. Her beautiful hair deserves to be on the cover of Pinterestāitās inspiring, radiant, and the epitome of divine femininity!
Seleni made my drink to absolute perfection, and it tasted sweeter thanks to her care and attention. She even added the perfect amount of whipped cream to cozy my heart. Her kindness and style deserve recognition and a reward! Thank you, Seleni, for going above and beyond!
And as for the outdoor seating at this Starbucksāitās truly fantastic. Even though you can hear the traffic, theyāve somehow created an oasis of concentration amidst the noise. The setup makes it easy to focus on work or study if you need to, and the environment feels surprisingly peaceful despite the bustling surroundings. This Starbucks location is definitely a standout for anyone looking to be productive in a comfortable, well-designed space.
Parking: This Starbucks location offers convenient parking with about 3ā6 spots available. Typically, less than half of them is filled at any given time, making it easy to find a spot whenever you stop by.
Went at 8:20 to get a pick me up coffee was not helped for 10 minutes they said they couldnāt serve half the drinks on the menu as they were cleaning the products already. Made it very clear they were closing in 40 minutes and the coffees were not good. Bad service and bad hospitality.

I always come back to this location because I have tried the apple crispy caramel macchiato in three different locations, and they do not prepare the coffee very well. Thank you for the great job you are doing every day, I really appreciate your enthusiasm and commitment.
I was around the corner and ordered from the app bc I have my card and gift cards linked and I just find it easier than ordering at the speaker. I ordered at 9:23a. When I got to the window at 9:29, the barista at the window, a girl with lt brown hair, bandana and glasses, let me know it would just be a minute (no problem). She hesitated, gave me a glance, then slightly rudely said, āwe really ask for, at least, a 5 minute grace period when you order on the appā. I apologized, making the excuse that I was just around the corner. She seemed uninterested, walking away. Iām now sitting there wondering why Iām apologizing for simply patronizing her place of business. Itās a small issue, but Iāll, for sure, think twice before coming to Starbucks in the future, especially if I havenāt calculated the appropriate āgrace periodā (even though the app said it would be ready in 3-7 minutes and I was there in 6).

I ordered the wrong drink, and Tom one of the employees was quick to make sure we were happy and satisfied. He was very happy, positive and helpful and another woman was also great and made the shaken espresso with cold foam perfect.
