I go here because it’s the closest Starbucks. I have had quite a few wrong orders or mix ups and the drive through screen doesn’t work (over 1.5 years). It’s also usually pretty dirty (tables, floor, bathrooms) compared to other Starbucks. It’s unfortunate, as this is a good location for many people in Worcester. I don’t normally write bad reviews but people should know what to expect when visiting.
My favorite barista is Kat!!! She is so sweet and kind anytime I come in also the other employees are amazing anyone posting these hatful posts about these girls is wrong especially the one that took a picture of an employee which is sick and wrong Starbucks make sure to check in on employees as they are the backbone of your company
