Was in front of line, and waited for 10 minutes to be attended to. No one acknowledged me and just kept about. Very poor customer service and the place was very messy. Left without ordering.

Horrible experience the lady that was helping me is Vanessa and she had a horrible Attitude when she doesn’t even talk out loud I asked one question and she gave me attitude and proceeded with making a face . If u hate ur job just quit and keep it pushing

Found out today that the information I was given several months ago at this location about registered Starbucks cards no longer being accepted at Starbucks and that I was now required to use the ap was incorrect.

I came in and ordered a White Chocolate Mocha frappuccino, which I know is normally a coffee base, and was given one with a creme base. This isn’t the issue, as I know we are all human and make mistakes, so I politely informed the staff that I wanted the one with the coffee base. Instead of a simple “sorry about that, we’ll remake it”, I got three employees berating me on how *I* am wrong and how I need to say it a certain way, even though mocha quite literally implies coffee with chocolate. One of the employees that was getting rude with me wasn’t even there when I was placing my order, which I had to wait for the staff to finish their totally HILARIOUS conversation to even start doing so. Only when I made a face between my astonished “okay”s did they even say they will remake the drink. And then they remade it wrong again, but I didn’t know this time until I was in the car, and was totally turned off by the experience that I did not have any intention of returning to have it fixed again. I am not someone who expects staff to be perfect, but to make me wait, give me attitude after YOU get the order incorrect, and then get it incorrect again even with the instructions written on the cup? Do better.

Rude employees that would rather talk and laugh with each other than help customers. I'm all for being able to have fun conversations with coworkers, but the customers come first. There weren't even any other customers in line, so not sure what 3 people were doing where one couldn't come help us quicker.

Also this is not the first time this has happened, but a white mocha frappuchino is not the creme based frappe. Check your OWN APP. Mocha literally means it has coffee in it. Learn your own products before lecturing the customer on how a white mocha frappuchino is the creme based. That would be a white chocolate frappe. Not a white mocha. If you make something wrong, remake it. You do not need to spew disinformation to the ordering customer about how it's cream based and not coffee and how we have to say "coffee based". Mocha implies coffee and when you look up the exact order on the app (and even just googling it) it shows a coffee frappe, you morons. Do better.

We don't have this issue at other Starbucks locations, just this one. So you're the common denominator.

Take the customers orders on time, and if you make it wrong, just remake it. It's not hard.

I wish I could give 0 star… I recently visited this Starbucks and had an upsetting experience with the salesperson. When I politely asked for recommendations on which coffee to order, she raised her voice and made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. Customer service is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and unfortunately, this encounter left a negative impression. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

Lousy service overpriced drinks and I've had better food at a gas station. I don't know how people go to places like this over a local shop. I thi k its because their product us the same no matter what chain store u go to.. too bad its just mediocre coffee at every starbucks.

Parking: Lousy. People parked all over taking up multiple spots because they can't drive or park before they get their caffine fix to actually wake up.

Kid-friendliness: What kid drinks coffee. That's what we need is a place for kids to go and drink caffine and run around. A kiddie coffee shop.

I know sometimes is busy. But I don’t understand why no one even talk a word like sorry for waiting or we will take your order later. I’m waiting in front of the casher desk like an idiot for more than 10min.

Starbucks with uncomfortable chairs and messy tables.I sat more than 10 mins. Nobody came to clean the table in front for me, even tonight Staff didn’t have any customers. The table and floor was full crumbs and leftoversMetal chairs are uncomfortable and tables shaking table.
