Still no vegan food options but the coffee is great and the baristas here understand what vegan means and have never contaminated my drink with cow excretion. This is my favorite Starbucks in Worcester.

I quite literally have never met a ruder barista in my life and mind you, I live in NYC. I was visiting my parents and stopped in to grab a coffee. The barista had so much attitude that another barista quietly apologized later to me. She was rude, condescending and just stared at me instead of answering a very simple question. Wow. Just be warned of the customer service and I pray you don’t run into the miserable barista that I had the misfortune of encountering.

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks, as a former barista I care very deeply about the quality of my drink and I’m never disappointed by the grafton street location. They even remade a drink from the Route 20 Starbucks and were so nice about it!

Extremely unimpressed with this location came through the drive-through on November 7 had a six drink order of all Venti refreshers. The person at the window only handed me five which I realized once I had driven away so I called back and they said I could come through and get it. I told them it would not be this week. They said it was fine and they would take my name down, get the drink and I told that that is against Starbucks policy and nobody would’ve told me that. Clearly poop communication between staff. Very disappointed and put $9

I'm still so mad that they replaced friendly's. Derek pop cups are very good my dog really loves the pop cups there and that's the only reason we go. I love how they're free.
