I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks, as a former barista I care very deeply about the quality of my drink and I’m never disappointed by the grafton street location. They even remade a drink from the Route 20 Starbucks and were so nice about it!

Extremely unimpressed with this location came through the drive-through on November 7 had a six drink order of all Venti refreshers. The person at the window only handed me five which I realized once I had driven away so I called back and they said I could come through and get it. I told them it would not be this week. They said it was fine and they would take my name down, get the drink and I told that that is against Starbucks policy and nobody would’ve told me that. Clearly poop communication between staff. Very disappointed and put $9

I'm still so mad that they replaced friendly's. Derek pop cups are very good my dog really loves the pop cups there and that's the only reason we go. I love how they're free.

The staff is always friendly. If you get the shaken apple espresso thing, make sure you have the guys make it. Don't know why but when they did it, it was the best I've ever had and nothing, no one compares. I've been let down at every other location I've been too and when getting it for friends they didnt understand why I loved it so much, because it wasn't made by the dudes inside. Please train the rest of the state on however you make it lol

Aidan at the Starbucks on Grafton st in Worcester Ma is always so Warm and welcoming there is always a smile on his face and his customer service is always spot on he always gets my orders right and with a smile. Aidans positive energy is infectious and I don’t mind driving a bit further to get my coffee .I would actually give him more than just 5 starts if they were available.Starbucks is lucky to have such a talented staff member .

I really like this place, it is overall a really nice establishment. A majority of the workers when I go through the drive-thru are extremely nice and comforting. The food and coffee is always up to par. However, the reason for the three stars is when I went through the drive-thru yesterday, around 4:30 pm, a new girl who I haven't seen before took my order. She was quite rude on the speaker, and at the window. I wish she was somewhat nicer, as I think she needs a little more training for this reason. Overall, an excellent place to pickup your coffee though!

At my local Starbucks, which I visit on weekdays after work around 6 pm, there are two taller boys in their 20s who always work with a sense of urgency and show they care about my order. Although most of the staff give good customer service, these two boys stand out because they prioritize efficiency and make sure every detail is right. Their dedication makes my experience there even better. They're friendly, fast, and seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers. Overall, their exceptional service makes this Starbucks my favorite place to stop for a drink after work.
