If I could leave zero stars I would. for the price of $12 we basically got a kids size. We got a large to share and wasn’t enough for one person. false advertisement, you’re better off going to cool licks or cold stone to get your moneys worth.
such a cool experience!! Had the most delicious combo and loved watching the process. We are huge ice cream people, we get it after every date out and this was one of our favorites yet.
The owner greeted us and was so helpful and nice, we loved him. He gave me the extra ice cream that didn’t fit in my cone too! We will 1000% be back when we’re in town. Highly recommend if you’re an ice cream lover, you’ll never see ice cream be made in front of you within seconds like this!

Amazing ice cream and staff cool place to sit and eat
Best ice cream, I got the coffee and my girl got the cookie dough cheesecake
Something is off with this ice cream, all our ice creams (5) ended up being a tad bit bitter. It wasn’t sweet too for being an ice cream and lastly they forgot most of the mix ins and a whole ice cream.
Will not visit again unfortunately

First time I’ve ordered since the ownership switched. I’m not sure if it was just an issue with our order, but chocolate sprinkles are not chocolate flakes. Unfortunate switch up if that’s deliberate, and I’d recommend updating your site to indicate. We are not fans of sprinkles so it was a bust for us.

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at sub zero ice cream. It was desert and a show for my boys (ages4&10) the staff were super friendly and inviting. The flavors were delicious and the ability to customize to your own preferences makes it 10/10 we will be back for sure.
