This place is a hidden gem in Worcester! I tried the Chocolate Conduction with brownie bites and fudge — the texture was unbelievably creamy thanks to the nitrogen process. The staff were so cheerful and helpful. Bonus points for outdoor seating and fun board games with friends!

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream on Front Street is hands down one of the coolest and most unique ice cream spots I’ve ever been to. Watching them make your ice cream right in front of you using liquid nitrogen is not only fun, it’s fascinating!

The ice cream itself is super creamy, rich in flavor, and fully customizable—whether you’re picky with your base, flavors, or toppings, they’ve got you covered. Everything feels fresh and made exactly the way you want it.

The staff are super friendly and patient, always ready to walk you through the process and help you choose if it’s your first time.

I had a great experience at Sub Zero. The concept is really cool—they make your ice cream fresh using liquid nitrogen right in front of you. You can customize everything from the base (like regular, custard, or lactose-free) to the flavors and mix-ins. The texture is super creamy, and the whole process is fun to watch. worth it for the experience and customization. Definitely a fun treat!

I wanted ice cream and i remembered my boy jayden works at a ice cream shop and has his own discount code that takes $1 off, (Code:Young Prince Studios) so i went and created my own ice cream and used his code, and when i tell you best ice cream ever and great customer service im not lying!!! 10/10

Went at 8:40PM, the door was already locked and the lady would not open the door when the window as well as online stated that it closed at 9:00PM.

Awful. Not homemade ice cream. Nasty flavor pumps. Gross. Sorry we wasted our money. No I’ve can would have been better.

Fun experience for kids, great ice cream, and excellent service! I couldn’t believe how many choices they offered for both flavors and toppings!

So I'm disappointed by my experience. I called the store before placing my order to go for delivery and asked how they handled allergies. I have a severe peanut and treenut allergy. The guy I spoke with told me they used separate scoops, station and a fresh batch of ice creme. Which is great.
However when we called back to ask for separate bags since my girlfriend still got the peanut butter kind, I asked for mine to be separate to avoid cross contamination. And when we got the delivery, they both were in the same bag, and only covered by Saran Wrap and leaking on each other. This was not safe and was not good for allergies. Needles to say not happy and not satisfied and I'll be surprised if we ever go back.

Sub Zero was outstanding! They came to my wedding and blew my expectations out of the park! Mark & Rita were phenomenal to work with and very fast with responding to us to make sure my special day was perfect. I strongly recommend them for all types of events especially weddings!!! All our friends and family were amazed with the ice cream and nitrogen ice. It was a huge hit! Thank you so much for making my special night extra memorable!

Ice cream and yogurt were great.

You guys definitely need better containers for the quart size ice cream. The cardboard doesn't hold up without a proper top.

Vegetarian options: Some sort of vegan dessert. I don't know what it is though. The menu doesn't say and I forgot to ask.
