You ask for what you want, even willing to pay extra for it. When I repeatedly ask for extra, "artist" laughed at us and just closed up the sandwichs. I don't think she spoke very good English. I feel like I'm eating a mouthful of bread. I think in the future I'll be going to a different location.

So good! I wish they had a better sign, because, at first, I thought they had closed, but nope, it was open! It's a clean, new looking Subway, with Pleasant employees. When I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile, and a Hello! The employee said I'll be right with you, as another customer was being waited on. She went, and washed, and dried her hands, before putting on a fresh pair of gloves.. The didn't have my go to any, so I asked to sample the teriyaki chicken, without hesitation, she handed me a peice, and it was delicious! So, I went with that, and it did NOT disappoint! I really love their fresh baked rolls.. how could you not? Fresh baked is rarely a disappointment. The entire restraunt, is clean, and tidy, no dirty tables, or counters.. the employees, VERY friendly, and accommodating! It's a same there's not a better sign, because I had never been, or just went to the door on a whim.. and I'm SO happy I did!! It's my new favorite spot, when going to work, or in the area! I go often to the new Dunkins, so it's convenient. I can walk right over from the Dunkins parking lot. I know it's a franchise, but the professionalism of the employees makes it feel special, and they're always cheerful! It's my new go to, and will be, for a while. I just wish it was more visible, because honestly, it looks closed. Too bad, because, if you're looking for a quick, inexpensive lunch, you really can't beat this Subway! I remember when Worcester only had 1! Definitely try it out, you won't be disappointed! And I really feel they appreciate my patronage! Kudos to the employees, because they really make you feel welcome, effortlessly! And, come on.. you can't beat fresh baked rolls!! I also like that I can see what Im being served, and everything always looks SO fresh.. Now, I'm hungry!! I work in the area, so its soo convenient! Ty to the employees at Subway! They deserve a raise!

sent my boyfriend to get food on my lunch break first it there was no ham on it so he went back to order a new one then they gave me bread that was not t bread, so I call because now I'm pissed on, not only did you make it wrong once but you did two times, they need better employee. called the women couldn't understand anything I'm saying request for the manager to call me back let's see if they do

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't leave a tip when I was paying with my bank card n all the other subway have that option I feel like the employee's ate getting robbed for there Great Service

If i could give no stars i would. We ordered 3 sandwiches all with lots of veggies. 2 of the sandwiches were correct but had almost noghing but meat and my wifes was totally wrong. She drove back and asked them to redo it and the girl said she left the store with it its hers. Like people open them in there to check ever... Hello. Anyway very rude and horrible at the job period!

Stopped in to grab a quick bite .really hungry. Got a veggie sub .in kelly sq. No sidewalk. No fault of this establishment. Must be hard on the business with all the construction going on. My sub was good.well guess what just got coupons in the mail and this Kelly square location doesn't accept coupons! Imagine that . Last time I will shop or order from this location ...Why would the owner of this place where the parking is impossible be so cheap .????????

My sub was good.well guess what just got coupons in the mail and this Kelly square location doesn't accept coupons! Imagine that .
