It felt like every pickle, pepper, olive, etc. was coming out of the staff member's paycheck so she was VERY stingy with the toppings.

Store was clean, food is fine and what you expect from a subway.
Please just watch your employees/train them better. Not a fan of my server being on a phone call on speaker while I'm ordering - and touching his phone moving it down the serving table with him as we moved towards the register. Kind of gross (people use their phones while using the bathroom!!) and a little unprofessional. 2.5 out of 5.
For reference this occured at 12 o'clock Saturday 12/20/2025. Tall darker gentleman in his older 30s/40s working that day.

The lady doesn't understand English, it was my first time asking for a subway in this place and she was desperate to ask for the bread, I told her any bread and she with her angry face, first and last time in this subway I better go to another subway establishment, And the empty bread, it had nothing, when elsewhere they give you very full

Rude and Horrible
This Subway at [120 Stafford St
Worcester, MA 01603] is disgusting. The place was dirty, food looked old, and staff had zero hygiene no gloves, no handwashing, touching food after trash. On top of that, the staff were rude and arrogant when I raised a concern.
Avoid this place. It needs a serious health inspection.

Allowing homeless people to sit at the tables and only 1 spot available for paying customer...i had to eat in my car..... what in this world? I'm all about compassion, but that's ridiculous. Only 1 person behind the counter so she really couldn't make all those sandwiches and keep the tables clear

This is one of the worst subways I have ever ordered from customer service is atrocious definitely don't order online and need to cancel cause all they will do is put the phone down on the counter and never pick it back up I called for 10 minutes straight and it didn't even ring just horrible

Food is good and prepared well. Staff is also very respectful, helpful, and fast at making orders. I have recently noticed a lot of fruit flies around the food, especially near the vegetables. Vegetables usually are not covered, which makes them exposed to the flies. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.
