This is one of the worst subways I have ever ordered from customer service is atrocious definitely don't order online and need to cancel cause all they will do is put the phone down on the counter and never pick it back up I called for 10 minutes straight and it didn't even ring just horrible

Food is good and prepared well. Staff is also very respectful, helpful, and fast at making orders. I have recently noticed a lot of fruit flies around the food, especially near the vegetables. Vegetables usually are not covered, which makes them exposed to the flies. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

The owner there at that subway physically attacked me on the parking lot, put hands on me and my daughter also her being pregnant he slapped her cause she try to stop him from attacking me, l called Worcester police to do a report on him but unfortunately for me being hispanic or they get free meals there cause they didn’t do nothing.if you are hispanic be careful all of this was l cause l used restroom B4 placing my food order, he went off on me then followed me outside and proceeded to push shoved me to the ground n that’s when my daughter try to make him stop he jst put hands on her also! Remarkably none of his workers saw nothing.

This is a very clean location and the employees are extremely kind. I ordered a 6 inch meatball toasted. I was looking at my phone and didn't notice the man made me a footlong and didn't toast it like I requested. I figured it was no big deal so I just paid and left. When I got home I noticed my sub had almost no sauce on it, the bread was all squished, the meatballs had absolutely no flavor which makes no sense considering all locations use the same ingredients I thought? Anyway, it was very disappointing. I'll stick to the park Ave location.

This is my favorite local store. Everything is fresh. Very clean place and friendly workers.Also honest staff. On one of my visits I forgot my wallet,went next day And they have put it aside for me and everything was intact in the inside. I had my rent money in it…Thank You So Much!
Do not order online. If they do not have what you ordered they will sub for something else. And tell you that they’re not able to cancel the order or change the order when you arrive because you ordered online. But still make you pay for it
