We stopped this evening at store number 28792 on the 545 Southwest Cutoff at Worcester, MA and were very impressed! Aimee was very pleasant and friendly and made our sandwiches just to order with generous amounts of the veggies. We are from Tennessee and are traveling through MA, thank-you Somer for such a friendly welcome to MA! We highly recommend this store!

Crap food and people working behind the counter
I stopped by this Subway next to Family Table and was genuinely blown away. There was just one man working behind the counter, doing the job of at least three people — taking orders, prepping sandwiches, ringing folks up — and yet he did it all calmly, professionally, and with kindness.
Despite the pressure, my sandwich came out perfectly — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. That level of quality and care, especially from someone working solo, deserves real recognition.
This location consistently puts out great food with solid service, but seeing one person hold it all together like that really made me appreciate the people behind the counter even more.
If you’re stopping by, please consider leaving a tip. Being the only one on shift is no small feat, and it means the world to folks who keep things running so smoothly, even when it’s tough.
To the gentleman working that day — thank you. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and Worcester’s lucky to have you.

I am never a person who complaints but this was something which everyone should be aware of, I cannot believe the absolute lack of quality and professionalism at this place. As a paying customer, I am beyond disgusted and frustrated. I ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich, and what I got was unbelievable. The bread was literally rotten, covered in white mold spots. Are you kidding me? How can a so-called “restaurant” serve food that clearly doesn’t meet basic health standards? This is a major food safety issue, and everyone should be warned.
And let’s talk about the staff: the lady working there is constantly on the phone, yelling at someone. It's obnoxious and disruptive! I couldn’t even attempt to enjoy my food—if it had been edible—because of her loud, unprofessional behavior. Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. If you care at all about quality, cleanliness, or basic respect for your customers, stay far away from this place.

Restaurantji Recommends
This restaurant was clean. I was very impressed BUT my spicy Italian contain a salami meat end, which would be fine, if it was at least a 1/2 of an inch thick. There is no way the woman making the sandwich didn't know she was putting that in the sandwich. I will continue going to subway, just not this one.

The woman working during my visit said the fountain water “didn’t taste right” and suggested I buy a bottled water when I requested a water cup. After further investigation, the water tasted very normal and she was just trying to push a sale. That was rude.

Not good bad meat moldy bread. Go to Grafton St Subway
The employee was very nice but the vegetables looked very old as if they needed to be thrown out days ago so I refused any which is a bummer. The toast on the sandwich was extremely light almost not toasted. Not consistent with other Subway locations. We won't be back
This place should be shut down not only did I get food poisoning from them but the husband and wife that run the place are just awful humans. they have had many violations that then have gotten in trouble for so if you eat there good thing urgent care is across the street because you’ll need it believe me I know.
