I came there and I seen rats running around while getting my food and I seen mice poop in her bread they also were rude I'm not sure if he was the boss or worker but he was rude and had an attitude towards me for no reason the meatballs I got were old and cold but the girl with red hair was extremely nice and welcoming she made the sandwich perfect and even gave me extra sauce and napkins but for the other things were horrible I wouldn't recommend going here and some dude was there complaining how he got sick off the chicken and threw up and the cookie bags had mice dropping in it please shut this place down. Or I'm contacting board of health

I just want to say I came through there and it was nice I love how nice and polite she was not sure if she was the manager or not be she def won me over I felt bad when I left because I didn’t know u can tip I don’t go in subway my husband do so me being pregnant I’m glad I went in she gave me extra whatever I asked I don’t know ur name but let me tell you God bless you hun next time I stop by ima tip double cuz u def did good with your service as well as this sandwich maybe I’ll see ur son helping with u to lol thank you thank you awesome service

The girl who made my sandwich was awesome... Sandwich came out really good..
I got a sandwich with the newly returned honey oat bread. Was excited as it's been gone and I used to love it. Wasn't the case this time. The bread was very hard and chewy. The manager Nellie was happy to refund me AND make me a perfect sandwich on the Italian herb and cheese!

They are just freaking ridiculous with the prices..9 dollars for a 6 inche that doesn't have enough meat.15 for the the meal the crazy..I don't go to subway anymore not worth it..I go Jersey mike in longmeadow where it's worth the money..new

a update on this Subway I recommend this Subway because they have a lot of options ourselves and it's not only that you can go personally for you also could order online and just go and pick it up but on top of that the lady who works behind the counter she's the manager here and she knows how to treat customers if I could raid also the type of person she is I'll give her a because she is amazing very friendly and very outspoken very positive and on top of that when she does your your subs she's not cheap on the portions she knows how to get good amount of portions and everything that she does in this place it is a five stars vegetables very fresh bread very fresh cookies very fresh and it's always awesome place to go and always have a fresh fresh Subway so for this Subway I do recommend and I will give it more than five stars if I had the way to give it a chance you won't regret itIt's the best
