Not sure why the lady taking my order was as rude as she was. She clearly seemed annoyed that she had to be making my sandwiches and when I couldn't hear her and asked her to clarify because of how quiet she was, she got frustrated with me. Also tried to rush me out, the whole experience was odd.

Today i ordered a steak n cheese with mayo peps n onions. They made me a cheese mayo peps n onion sub. Subway on park ave is the worst place to eat and when i called to talk to a manager, guy who answered phone says no manager there n after i filed my complaint n was saying im going to post, all of a sudden hes now the store manager. People stay away from park ave subway

The lady is rude. Always with a stank face. Never smiles. Seems like when you ask for extra on ur sandwich, she gets mad. The husband has good customer service. The lady needs more customer service training. Smh.

This subway expects you to come here and spend your hard earned money on there mid sandwiches, but can’t provide free Wi-Fi to their customers? It’s actually disgusting that these companies only care about your money. They have absolutely zero customer service skills. Imagine coming here to have lunch with one of your children or siblings or even nieces and they’re freaking out because they want to use the iPad and there’s no way to connect to their Wi-Fi because they don’t have any? You guys seriously need to do better because it’s absolutely embarrassing

The lady behind the counter was very friendly. Everything is very clean. But they used yesterday's sub rolls. Sandwich was very dry and stale.

One of the workers was making comments about me and my girlfriend using coupons and they deffinately put the most miniscule amount of meat on the sandwhich I've ever seen at a subway(bmt in picture). Poor customer service and poor attitudes. Not impressed at all.

I haven't been to Subway in a long time due to quality going downhill, but I stopped by this location on a whim on my way home and got subs for myself and my husband. Not only was this the cleanest Subway I've ever been in, the people behind the counter were incredibly kind and efficient, and made our sandwiches exactly how I ordered them on the app. The bread was super soft and fresh, sandwiches were not at all skimpy or lacking ingredients as others have said. Everything tasted great. We will be back!

now i remember why I never go to subway. what a sad excuse for a sandwich. ordered the "ultimate bmt" which comes with 3 differnt meats and extra provolone and look at this side section. pathetic. theres like 4 pieces of meat total. ill also note that I asked for extra lettuce, tomato, and pickles.and they also gave me the wrong bread. ordered on italian herb and cheese AND toasted. gave me regular not toasted.not even worth it at the $6 I paid at a discount.
