This is the best Subway I’ve been to. The food is really fresh and the staff is super nice. They help Spanish speakers too, which I loved. I’d definitely come back.

Would give zero stars if I could. Untrained staff is rude and disrespectful. I guess they assumed I wanted shredded chicken and shredded cheese on my chicken bacon sandwich but failed to even ask me. They had the meat side lid up so I didn’t see until she was about to toast them when I told her I didn’t want that chicken, I wanted what comes standard on the sandwich via the menu board. Never coming here again. Didn’t catch his name but the taller male told me I was being difficult because I had to tell them I wanted my subs toasted because they also failed to ask me that. I was also told (by him) that their brand standard changed and they are now putting FULL slices of cheese just thrown on top all gross and not even melted into the sandwich. Instead of the neat triangles melted in when toasting is requested. I think he was full of it, but who knows. If it is, what kind of standard is that…. I Shoulda went to Jersey Mikes. Avoid subway or at least this location inside Walmart.

The is a guy there in the midst of ladies . Have never met anyone rude person like him before. He needs to go back to customer service training .
Worst subway around here. Always mess up the order. Don’t follow instructions and then have an attitude when people complain.

Employees should change their gloves after each client order. I requested that she change her gloves after handling ham, which I don’t eat. I'm not sure if she was giving me an attitude or just having a rough day. This is definitely not hygienic; gloves need to be changed between clients.
I went to the Subway location on Tobias Way; they didn’t tighten the lid on the Icee, manager or owner cussed at me when I asked for napkins to clean up a spill due to it, I am calling subway corporate to fix this and definitely not coming back. Made me pay for a soda and didn’t provide the correct cup. Stay far away.

I go almost every week 2 time to get lunch on my lunch break and why is it that today almost 30 minutes ago I get a rude African American lady with glasses and curly hair saying she doesn't understand me when I have no issues ordering the same as always I get it she's not like the job or not having it today why come in to work at all to end up handing me a slappy sandwich and giving me attitude when I just wanted my same as always and be as peace
