The team was well polished, helped me out with the self order kiosk, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were busy but calm and efficient and thus is my favorite kfc taco bell crew hands down.

I was at this restaurant where a person named Omar disrespected me for no reason. Besides being rude, he's also ignorant and doesn't know how to communicate with a customer. A customer who, unlike him, is very polite. This person closed the window on me and wouldn't serve my order. When I was trying to explain that the soda must be diet soda because I can't eat sugar, this person insulted me and closed the window on me. This guy is the rudest person you'll ever meet in customer service. His luck was that I'm polite, but if he had done that to a similarly uneducated person, Taco Bell on Park Avenue in Worcester would have presented a very chaotic moment. Be careful with this person.( 09/28/2025 between 8:04pm to 8:10pm) A colleague told me his name was OMAR and that he was the supposed manager.

I love KFC never order Taco Bell from them if I want Taco Bell. I just look up for the recipe and just make it at home. Same thing as well with KFC. I prefer to do it at home because it's like a gamble. You will get good food, nice and hot or you get good food. Look warm or this. Always a Miss and receive but I still give them five stars because a lot of the times if you going to eat here fresh goes a long way. Like I said it's a hit and miss but I still say food has changed from time. But if you want my review best thing to do. Make it at home if you can. If you cannot go ahead, order it and eat there instead

Longest wait always at this place no where to park.
I when today and order 2 steak grill burritos with extra rice on both, and i get 2 regular beef burritos, and they got the nerve to charge me almost $13.00 dollars for it, that's crazy they have to put more attention on orders, they robbed me without a gun.. Never againg

My friend and I came in for lunch on the 6th of August. We both used the kiosks, he completed his order 1st on the left one, I was on the right...my food completed 1st and my friends had not. After a few other customers came and went I checked with the staff who told me that they had no orders on their screen. I showed them the receipt and they quickly remade the order....however I forgot to tell them that there was a substitution, they made the order standard, when I then told them that there was a change they quickly remade that item without hesitation. The only thing I could say was the music was very loud and it was hard to have a nice conversation with my friend. Keep up the nice work KFC/Taco Bell on Park Ave...definitely will visit again.
