Literally the worst taco bell Ive ever been too. Just throw the food in a bag and send you on your marry way. Asked for a refund too on a messed up order and only got 5$ back from 14.96. Just shut it down at this point

Shorted my change, used cash at the drive through which I never do because I couldn’t find my card. Asked as the guy was closing the window for a receipt, good thing to cause he shorted me, also made me wait 10-15 minutes for my food so I had time to count realizing. Also noticed because it was a weird configuration that wasn’t efficient, kinda key for a cashier to be able to count properly. Had to go In the store to get my money back, no apologies were made. Always get a receipt & count your change! Just go to grafton st & use the app for way better prices too.

Taco bell has been my spot since the 90's. But every time, I go to this particular one, the food is either cold, made wrong or they dont putting the extra topping on that you paid for or the extra sides of sour cream are never in the bag. And almost every time I order my Mexican pizza there is no sour cream when I paid extra to add sour cream or the cheese and toppings are squished on the top of the container and you have to scrape it off with your spork. Very frustrating....

Great prices and food is always A1! Never had an issue with staff they are all friendly and professional
I was very upset to receive my chicken chalupa which I couldn’t even bite into because it was hard as a rock and only had two little pieces of chopped chicken in it… Very disappointed especially because it was late and I was starving… not to mention my burrito was made so sloppy and soggy then I try to eat my taco which was half empty.. on a hungry night you can see why I was so upset. Then to have had wait for my order for it to be served this way very upset..

Service at this location has gone down significantly. I ordered through the drive-thru , wasn’t told my total, and wasn’t handed a receipt with my payment. Very upsetting to see such a large amount charged for 4 items. Beware!
