Drive-thru was out of service, and customers were directed to place orders inside. Staff informed us that no manager was on duty to process refunds, after another customer requested one. Additionally, my chicken quesadilla had very little cheese and no chicken, which was very disappointing. They remade it but it was stuck to the wrapper and sloppy. Seems no one cares anymore, just collecting a paycheck.

Worse of any KFC ive been too theyndidnt take the order right the food was soggy! And wet! Fries biscuit chicken all ruined then they dont answer the phone i hit up corporate for a refund because it was that bad ... donr waste your money

Came by on a Sunday evening at 7:13 p.m. and all the exterior lights were off, signs and all, signaling that they were closed, even though they're supposed to be open until 10p.m. What the Hell, Taco Smell?

I had such a great experience at this KFC/Taco Bell! The food always comes out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. What really stands out is the environment it feels so welcoming every time I go in. The workers work great together and honestly act like family. It’s rare to see a team get along so well, but here they’re always laughing, joking around, and keeping the vibe positive. They even play music while they’re working, which makes the whole place feel livelier and fun. The staff is friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is unmatched. Definitely one of the best KFC/Taco Bell locations I’ve been.

I try to cut fast food workers a lot of slack but this was absolutely horrible service. When someone has a food allergy you need to pay attention and make the order correctly. When you mess it up, refund the order and remake the food!!

I ordered a meal that came to about $14. When I got to the window I was told it was $19. I paid it suspiciously. I wasn’t even thinking then handed three extra drinks and the staff said they made too many. When I was confused and driving off the staff said “well you paid 4 dollars extra for them”. I can’t believe it. It’s the principle of it. SCAMMERS. Beware!!!

Amplify Marketing

Showed up at 12:30am, waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Ended up pulling up to the window and they told me they’re closed. Even though the hours of operation on the drive thru window said 1am. They then proceeded to tell me they’re out of food. This is a Taco Bell and KFC
 I asked, “You’re out of absolutely everything?” They said, “Yes, legit no food at all.

What a bunch of bullshit. No wonder why this Taco Bell has terrible ratings.
