This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. They’re always out of soda and/or ice. Service takes forever. Definitely need to check the bag before leaving to make sure everything is in it because orders have either been wrong or everything isn’t there. Crazy expensive. One meal with 3 taco supremes was almost $17.00. However, the staff seems to be nice.
This Taco Bell/KFC location is consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, they either have no drinks available or are out of most options. On top of that, they always mess up my order. It’s incredibly frustrating to drive home only to realize they’ve missed items or gotten the whole order wrong. The staff seems uninterested and unprofessional, with no sense of urgency or care for customer service. This place needs serious improvement in both management and operations. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I have never seen something so Lincoln Street before in my life. Tell me you’re a business on Lincoln Street without telling me you were a business on Lincoln Street. There was a line for the drive-through and people were waiting for their food and you had two of the workers from Taco Bell outside rolling a blunt. Priorities! Hilarious and ghetto at the same time

Walked in, waisted 8 mins. Saw the manager spray what appeared to be bug spray in trash can. He looked at us and did not acknowledge us. Left before earing there. Bathrooms were gross as well.

Even though I didn't order Taco Bell but I did order KFC. The place is clean. The food is amazing. The service it's like very on top of everything. They must be very popular because they had run out of chicken, thighs and chicken wings on my bucket. But other than that I cannot wait to come back to KFC. My next rating will be when I will try Taco Bell
