I’ve been going here for years and it’s inconsistent . Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad . They’ve messed up quite a few times on my orders but like I said when it’s good it’s good . One of the best things about it is it’s fast food so it’s quick . Again , it’s inconsistent and depends on the staff so I’d still recommend but check your orders before you drive away .

Could use some work ups and the staff could use a little more training, not a racist in any way but the employees have a hard time understanding you and you so the order wasn't accurate.

I don't know if this place changed its management but now if it is worth going to this place there was no food at all. As a diabetic I was feeling bad and they immediately took care of me and looked for a way for me to be okay. The atmosphere is clean when you enter, it smells good and the food is delicious now if you win the 5 ?

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. However, it's like flipping a coin. I'll great customer service and food one day and the next it'll be terrible. It's almost like they schedule they people who hate working there together all the time. It's sad because I've been going to this restaurant for 18 years. I have great memories of going there as a kid. Wish it was more consistent. I'd go more often.

Really, wrost place ever for taco bell. When I go to 8 pm for Order tacobell so that guys close door then he don't serve. Actually online time close 10 pm. you can't run tacobell so please close store. No body come for tacobell. This place worst service in. Worcester.
Trying to get your oder right is impossible. I always order 5 reg hard tacos with hot sauce. The clerk says, you'll have 1 soft taco, to which I say no and repeat myself all the time. Good luck with the hot sauce you won't get it.

Everytime I have gotten food at this location over the years service has been absurdly slow, the food has been badly presently, mispriced, and often incorrectly made. Staff seems incorrectly and poorly trained and often have a bad attitude. Information about the management is not easily found.
