When we went a very unprofessional manager was giving a write up in the middle of the store! Yelling and hollering at her, even swearing, she was berating an older women, and it seemed to have been just because that woman had brought a problems with other younger associates, that manager clearly doesn’t know how to manage their emotions, I will be calling their corporate office as well because this was the most unpleasant thing to watch a defenseless person get ridiculed for saying something at their place of work.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! This was the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my friend ordered 40$ worth of food on Grubhub at 1:45am on grubhub it said we would be getting our food here from 2:30 to 3:08. No big deal. It was then pushed back to around 3:20+. Which was extremely weird because the place closed at 3. 7 minutes later the order was pushed back to 3:45 to 4 am. Which was ridiculous. The worst part was throughout all this grubhub wouldn’t let us cancel the order ourselves because it was “already being made”. 5 minutes later they canceled it. It sounds like they just decided not to make it. I know it sounds crazy to think that but going off of the other reviews I’ve read about this terrible place I wouldn’t be surprised if it was true. Read the reviews before you order and just DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I had no idea what to order, but I knew people that love Taco Bell. I ordered a burrito meal. The Diet Pepsi was flat and I threw it out. The filling of the burrito was cold and left a taste in mouth that I could not get rid of for a while. The “meat” in the taco and the burrito was so ground up and all I could do was equate it to the the food I give my cat. Between the temperature, the consistency, poor taste, I cannot ever go to Taco Bell again. So many better places.

If I could give neg review u would Order taco party box online paid with Kline 23$ some change got there can not see the screen because print so small and screen also blank talk to someone who says drive up after have info after 31 min at window she tells me sorry system down need pay with us cost 38.99 said there a surcharge at window explain already paid she rude finally pay again get home only 8 tacos and no sauce no answer when called

A little white kid kn Grafton at Taco Bell said something that is not professional I went through drive through only to be told to pull up and wait I waited 7 minutes when I was in line with nobody behind me telling me it’s timed meaning they are taking longer than what is times skimming time that’s what’s it’s called people do not need to be disrespectful I go there everyday for lunch and this kid had the nerve to say something disrespectful you all should work on you all customer service yall suck

The food was actually very good, and the place has potential. However, the experience was completely ruined by the poor service. Staff seemed rude, unwelcoming, and clearly not interested in being there. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’re treated with such bad attitude. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back — great food alone isn’t enough when the service makes you feel so uncomfortable.

Genuinely every time i come to this taco bell im met with the rudest employees ever, There was this one teenage boy who was nice but the older workers had no respect, im sorry you guys are so miserable but taking it out on customers isn’t the way to go. Honestly surprised the entire staff hasn’t been fired and replaced with a new staff because they genuinely work awfully together and consistently yell at customers.
