for a taco bell, the food is decently consistent, which is nice. one of the managers is extremely aggressive with customers, though. i've experienced it both first-hand and witnessed a few other customers go through the same thing. this location also uses an ai drive-through, which is painfully inaccurate and tries to upsell you constantly.

I ordered a Taco Party Pack and it came with just beef in most of the tacos, Some had beef A huge glob of melted chese and 3 or 4 small flakes of lettuce. Some had what looked to be water (praying its not spit or something) in some of them. Completely disgusting and inedible.

They like to leave pee on the bathroom floor and then close the store and then clean it up in the morning .......on top of that by law they are supposed to give people the money they are owed if they are fired up to 48 hours so this place is just terrible

this location sucks. Got a 1 yesterday received wrong order. Got a #1 today, double checked with person at window and received wrong order. Being the only person in drive thru at lunch 2 days in row makes more sense now.

This place is super badly run, they always ask me to pull up to literally anywhere in the parking lot when im the only one in line(just to get me off their time square but they take literally 15 mins) they are really rude and turn their menu boards off early so you dont think they are open... the food is not great and I've never gotten a fork in any of my boxes. This will be my last visit here.

This is their Chalupa - This is my second time they gave me raw and uncooked. Disgusting! Don’t trust them open in front of them and check what they add and if they cooked properly or not.

I haven’t eaten meat in almost 20 years and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme which it stated on the receipt but after biting into it I quickly realized it was hamburger. The manager was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional and would not swap out my order for what I paid for even with the receipt and incorrect order in hand.

When we went a very unprofessional manager was giving a write up in the middle of the store! Yelling and hollering at her, even swearing, she was berating an older women, and it seemed to have been just because that woman had brought a problems with other younger associates, that manager clearly doesn’t know how to manage their emotions, I will be calling their corporate office as well because this was the most unpleasant thing to watch a defenseless person get ridiculed for saying something at their place of work.
