Yo... These dudes charging $0.90 cents per packet of sauce..... On TacoBell's Website, them packets say $0.00!!! Someone is definitely hustling someone.Not only that, they be touching your food with the same gloves that they use to collect the money from customers.... No standards at all. They do one order at a time and when I say one order at a time, they really do one order, one item at a time. You order a combo meal and you're waiting 10 minutes for 1 combo meal. This isn't the only location that I've seen this in. Why even go to fast food to wait that long for reheated food that is already cooked. On top of that wait, imagine having to wait for a gig app driver to pickup your food and then drive it to you. The wait and the amount of money spent is definitely not worth it. At this point, just get some frozen meals and wait 5 minutes by a toaster oven or microwave. Might even settle for some MRE's over this.

Service is always lacking at this location, I don't even go through the drive-thru anymore. I'm either waiting at the speaker box for someone to take my order, or I'm waiting inside for someone to take my order as 2-3 of the people look over at me.I say this often, and I understand that these people are underpaid and unappreciated, but there is still a job to be done.

Generally the order is right and usually fine but I thought I would share this as I expect the ingredients of the burrito to be inside the burrito not pouring out all over the wrapper. Come on now. Corporate can you get them up to brand standards?!? I ran several for many years and never would any of my locations hand out food like this. They cared about their job and who they worked for enough to provide better quality to the customers we had. Every time we order anything besides a basic soft taco this is what we get. Slopped together pile of food in a wrapper.And after a year do you think you could either A- get the freeze machine working. Or. B- just take down all advertising for themLittle ridiculous it hasn’t gotten fixed yet. Again, not a brand standard.

I know it’s Taco Bell and I shouldn’t expect much, but this particular branch gets my order wrong in one way or another far more often than they get it right. I give up and will not be going back.
I come here often and have the experience I expect most times. However, ever since they added the order youself pay stations it does not seem like any of the staff really pay attention to customers coming in. I had a pickup order that was ready, and I sat at the counter for 5 min before anyone came over to help me. I have seen customers that don't want to order on the machines wait to long just to order.

The worst place ive ever been to get food !They took 45 minutes for 1 single combo is ridiculous!They dont care for dine in, just doordash and uber eats and even them were waiting mad.Close the place !Hiring kids to serve people is the worse idea anyone could have come up with
