This was one of my favorite restaurants, but today when I visited it with my family, I had a very bad experience to the point that we had to order the food to go.

First off, the food was great. It tasted good and looked good. The server was nice and respectful, and we got our food relatively fast. However, no soap in the bathroom, toilet paper and paper towels weren't even attached to their dispensers, and what drove me to actually writing this review is that they forcibly placed a tip on the bill without notifying us at all. We were a group of 3 with a total bill of $34 for a good lunch but they wrote $42 meaning they either tried to pull one on us for some extra cash, or the server genuinely thought he always deserves a 20% tip. Either way, this is not acceptable. Worst thing is, it wasn't until we left and PAID $50 IN CASH (because of the ADDED ON 20%) when we realized this, so whoever the server is: I hope you're happy with that deceitful 40% tip.

I ordered food it was wrong I believe I called and got the owner and he went above and beyond to make it right! They will always have my business for his gesture.

I paid with my credit card and my card was never given back I went back an hour later and they couldn’t find it. They don’t have a phone number that actually works the number listed goes to a Voicemail that’s not been setup this isn’t right. I know the owner and hopefully he sees this to right the situation but as it stands I will never order from here or the mall again how can I trust the handling of my debit or credit cards personal information.

I don't even know where to begin. The music in here is incredible. Food is fresh, hot and fast but sooooo good. The drinks are not watered down and made to perfection. The bartender/host was friendly l. Place is super clean. They even have shrimp tacos! Which many places in worcester do not have. Have to stop here.
