My recent experience at Taqueria Del Pueblo was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the vibrant atmosphere and the enticing aroma of freshly made tacos. The menu featured a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes, with options to satisfy every palate. I opted for the street tacos, and they were phenomenal – packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned.

Not sure what happened to this place. Until today I loved it. I can understand a bad night at a restaurant. But everything about going there today was horrendous. We were there 20 minutes before a waiter even came to take a drink order from us. When we first got there, the restaurant was fairly empty, and as we were sitting there, the restaurant started to fill up. The most disturbing thing was the fact that we saw people get out of the car, sit down, place an order and get the order before we got just an appetizer. The waiter gave us our sodas touching a straw that was not wrapped in paper and placing it in the drink. Crazy! Not to mention, he gave us a soda that didn’t even have ice in it at room temp. We complained to the manager, and she told us the kitchen was backed up. Apparently that was only with our order because everyone else got food. When our appetizer finally showed up, so didn’t the entrée not 30 seconds later. This is after the waiter kept telling us our nachos were on the way over and over again. When we finally got our entrées, the food was nowhere near what it used to be. Absolutely flavorless. The food didn’t even look the same. We only took a few bites out of our food before we asked for the bill. So much time went by the same people we saw get out of the cars and order food left the restaurant before we did. All we ordered was nachos and tacos.

I never leave bad reviews, but what I experienced tonight at Taqueria Del Pueblo was honestly so outrageous. Absolutely terrible service, greet time was around 10 minutes and we had to have been at least 20 minutes in when we finally received our only round of drinks. The food was not paced out, and atrocious, we received cold canned cheese on our nachos. It was so unappetizing and disappointing we paid our bill and left, 70 dollars wasted on terrible food and terrible service. I make a living off of serving, and our server never even checked back in with us when we were the only two people in there. Save your money and go somewhere else, because we for sure won’t be going back.

Never again. If you want a nice size taco and not a bit size go to the taco spot of Grafton Street. This place is a rip off.Also the taco has no flavor and no taste to it.. really bland. I'm glad I only tried the 2 bite sized tacos.

The restaurant is beyond amazing, even the location at the Worcester market! The staff are beyond amazing!!! Food is unbelievably delicious!!!!! Best taco spot in Worcester!!!!! Must try!!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!! I literally order takeout every weekend!!!!!! So addicting!!!!!! ❤️

I always get the Burris tacos with A la Diabla. Use very little of that side! A little good a really long way and it's hot!!

The food was okay. We ordered 6 tacos to go, they were very dry because they don't add any sauce. When I asked she said it's take out. I asked if I could get hot sauce sauce or some other sauce on the side to go and the girl said we had to pay extra, which for me, makes no sense. When I started eating I saw there was a piece or plastic inside my food. Very disappointed overall. I don't think I would go back.
