The place was packed, yet we chose our steaks, were seated quickly, our waitress was attentive and helpful, well worth 25% gratuity! The food : ribeyes, ribs, shrimp, steak kabobs, and 2 desserts the granny Smith and the brownie...last night to buy gift cards bought 2. $50 ones. Great place definitely worth it! AS a Carnivore diet person their options make it easy to stay on track!

I ordered a dozen rolls for pickup and every single one came out burnt. The outside was so overbaked it was hard and bitter, completely ruining what should’ve been fresh bread. Really disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to sharing them.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed Birthday Experience We went to the Texas Roadhouse on Lincoln Street in Worcester for my daughter’s birthday, and it was a huge disappointment. We were there for hours waiting for them to announce her birthday — we finished eating and still no “Happy Birthday.” It completely ruined the excitement for her.
This isn’t my first time here, and usually the service is okay, but this visit was just unacceptable. The staff seemed unorganized, and no one took responsibility to make the experience special like they normally do. My kids got restless and bored from waiting so long with nothing happening.
For a place that’s supposed to be fun and family-friendly, this was honestly one of the worst visits we’ve had. Management really needs to step up and pay attention to what’s going on in the dining room — especially when it’s a birthday celebrating

Like the food a lot and service is good. I personally could do with less of the yelling, but apparently that's a big draw for a lot of people.

My friends and I went to Texas Roadhouse for my friend’s birthday (party of 6), and it was honestly such a letdown. We were seated around 8, and while our waiter was sweet and tried his best, we waited over an hour for our food. When it finally came out, everything was overcooked, dry, and just wrong. The entire table’s order had mistakes — burgers burnt, chicken dry, sides mixed up — it was a mess. We didn’t even want to wait another hour to have everything remade, but management insisted. When they finally came by (another hour later), only two of us got a discount, one being the birthday girl. Even after remaking the food, it still wasn’t right. I’m not sure how a place like this keeps messing up simple meals. We finally left at almost 11pm. I’ve given this location a few chances, but every visit ends in disappointment. The only thing they seem to get right every time is the bread — which says a lot.

My husband and I enjoyed our food, and I know he wishes he could've enjoyed his more. He had a burger that was a little undercooked(and not 100% what he asked for). He doesn't like bothering them, so we didn't. Otherwise, we enjoyed the rest of our food and visit. It's still a good atmosphere. We are still coming here, regardless. Thank you.
