I stayed at this hotel last night with my two kids and one of their crack head guests in the room next door woke up convinced that her man Carlos was in my room and proceeded to try and break in my room kicking doors, walls, screaming and threatening me I called front desk and then police. The poor Marriott employee could not find a manger to guide him on how to handle it and did his best to deescalate while waiting for Pd. He eventually had to walk away while this woman continued to verbally abuse him and referring to him as “ black guy”. Police allowed woman to stay because they did not have a manger requesting to have her removed instead my kids and I were escorted out. Manger then called me and was less than helpful because I booked using my credit card points and proceeded to hang up on me.

Good food choices and kind & supportive people. I stayed here the last 3 nights so that I could be close to our elder Senior Mom in the Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center after she had a health crisis. Every front desk person and staff person I have met has been kind, knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile for me to be comfortable and be able to get a little rest and nutrition. Thanks to all at Courtyard by Marriott Worcester.

Great staff and a bar inside :)

We enjoy to go out. Last night we came to this excellent place which friends told us about. We passed a beautiful experience there with high-qulity dishes and a nice stuff and a great chief cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt come back soon. We deeply recommend.
