I stayed at this hotel last night with my two kids and one of their crack head guests in the room next door woke up convinced that her man Carlos was in my room and proceeded to try and break in my room kicking doors, walls, screaming and threatening me I called front desk and then police. The poor Marriott employee could not find a manger to guide him on how to handle it and did his best to deescalate while waiting for Pd. He eventually had to walk away while this woman continued to verbally abuse him and referring to him as “ black guy”. Police allowed woman to stay because they did not have a manger requesting to have her removed instead my kids and I were escorted out. Manger then called me and was less than helpful because I booked using my credit card points and proceeded to hang up on me.

I am on the road 240 nights a year. I was disappointed by this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the location is poor and everything in the market is very overpriced. I was charged $8.00 for gatorade and $6.00 for a large cup of coffee, which is generally free at most places. I hate using the Courtyards by Marriott. Other than that, the staff is friendly and the rooms are updated.

We stayed in the hotel next door and heard we should visit the bar in Courtyard. We're happy we did. When we arrived, we sat at the bar and were quickly informed by another patron how great the bartender (mixologist) is. Considering her enthusiasm, we trusted Jonathan to make us his style of Manhattan. With his own twist on the bitters, he served us the best Manhattans north of Atlantic City. We highly recommend that you trust him to make your favorite drink. The bar itself is warm and friendly, too. When everyone's laughing, the echo in there can be a bit rough, though. Cheers!

I’m a lifetime gold Marriott member with well over 1 million points earned. I’ve stayed at quite a few Courtyards and this is the worst. I’m attaching a photo of the millipede or centipede that welcomed us when we woke up this morning. The heater in our room was on and off all night and it sounded like a train. When I went to make coffee, I found four packages of decaf and no regular coffee. When we left in the morning we asked for a new room and asked for the sofa bed to be made up for evening. Of course, it was not; nor was it fixed after I called three different times. Finally, when I turned on the television, I learned that there was no plug attached to the television. Hard to believe this all happened in 24 hours but it’s true.

Kwadwo at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. We felt good staying at the hotel immediately because of him. The next morning we met Martina and she was just as lovely, happy to help get us what we needed at the breakfast buffet with a smile (even though she works at the front desk!) i have to say the staff at this hotel is more professional, friendly and accommodating than the staff at the AC Hotel which we normally stay at when we are in Worcester. it's more expensive at the AC and the service is not commensurate.

My stay at the Courtyard was very nice. The front desk was welcoming. As Marriott platinum they gave me free parking and a continental breakfast voucher. The room was clean and comfortable. The layout of the bathroom, kitchenette area with coffee maker and microwave was well laid out. My only complaint was the noisy AC-heater. I had to turn it off. I was facing the street which was a bit noisy but quieted down at about 10 pm. The server at breakfast was very accommodating and friendly. Recommend.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly . The charges for a 8 oz glass of wine $25 was exorbitant and offensive. I simply cannot justify this . Per bartender this was a recent change , management needs to reconsider what they charge!

Quirky Marriott We Checked in late and do when we got to room at 11:30 pm we found some of the curtains hanging off the rod. And unable to open or close curtains We had to them bring the luggage downstairs again and ask for another room and by then there was a little line of others checking in. Did not like that the sink was outside the bathroom as it made the bathroom smaller and doesn’t allow for privacy. In the morning there were items on the breakfast menu that the kitchen did not have in stock… Quirky and inconsistent for a Marriott

recently stayed at the Courtyard as I was in the area on a business trip. The lobby looks nice and modern. The staff at check-in was okay, but I have dealt with better. The room looked nice but was overall very disappointing. I have never slept on such a soft and worn mattress at a Marriott location. When I got into bed, I promptly rolled to the center. Had to sleep on the edge of the bed to avoid rolling to the center. Terrible !!!!!! Noise was also a problem as there is a fire station down the street. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper. The bar was closed :( without any prior notice. The breakfast was spartan to say the least. They had coffee and a few pastries without anything else. Only one person "serving" breakfast. Knowing all this, I would not have stayed at this hotel and will make a point to avoid it in the future.

I had to postpone my review to put aside the emotions of the weekend. After arriving at the hotel late in the evening following my husbands brothers funeral and service. Finding no parking, we were told by reception to use a handicap spot. We had stayed at this Courtyard years ago and chose it knowing it had been newly renovated. The hotel lobby was inviting and modern decor filled the lobby. We checked in and went to our 4th floor room. Ready to go to sleep as soon as we could, we found there was no soap to get washed up. Then pulled back the covers to find that our bed was missing sheets. 3 -4 calls later, after the wrong size sheets were delivered twice, we finally got soap and the correct sheets. We had to make our own bed at 11:30pm. Then found a tick in the sheets. The next morning we made coffee… well, 1 cup. The coffee pot stopped working after the first cup was made. It seemed to have over heated. I skipped the shower after my husband reported finding hair wrapped around the shampoo dispenser. This hotel needs some quality control.

Good food choices and kind & supportive people. I stayed here the last 3 nights so that I could be close to our elder Senior Mom in the Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center after she had a health crisis. Every front desk person and staff person I have met has been kind, knowledgeable and has gone the extra mile for me to be comfortable and be able to get a little rest and nutrition. Thanks to all at Courtyard by Marriott Worcester.

Newly renovated. A great place to stay in Worcester. Rooms are artfully decorated and the bedding very comfortable. Also, conveniently located near WPI and other locations downtown. But I can’t say enough about the staff, especially Shawna and Kwadwo at the front desk. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and always go out of their way to respond to any request. I stay here frequently because of them. Be sure to let Maria take care of you in the bistro and Victoria in the bar! No complaints at all!

Martina at the front desk was excellent to work with. We are traveling from NY with a group of ~10 and she was able to easily book a block of rooms for us. She was very responsive sending email follow-up to make sure the information was correct and request what information was missing to make our upcoming stay as smooth as possible.
