Staff was arguing, middle aged man with glasses who took my order was clearly annoyed I asked a question about the menu and my order was just tossed on the counter opposed to be handed to me when I standing right there. Unprofessional and poorly managed

It's not bad. Good atmosphere. Coffee / tea was fine enough. Service vs as a bit slow. Mostly disappointing because they were completely out of anything gluten free.
Dietary restrictions: All out of gluten free, even though their remote order showed it available. Disappointed.

I came here because there were a lot of comments that they have gluten free options. They unapologetically had zero gluten free options when I was there.

I'm not one to leave reviews unless absolutely warranted and this is one of those times... this was just about the worst latte I've ever had, the only one topping it having had been made with spoiled milk, so that says something. The Latte tasted somehow burnt, sour, and flavorless all at the same time to the point where I was only able to choke down about 5 sips of it before giving up and throwing away the $7 that I spent for this sorry drink. Not only was the drink poor, but so was the service, I ordered and the man at the counter was too distracted by his phone to make my drink so it went forgotten until I had to go back up 5+ minutes later, after 2 other customers who ordered after me got their drinks. I wish I could say there was anything good about my visit, but unfortunately I cannot. I would recommend going to one of the many other coffee shops in worcester over this one by a long shot.

Good quality coffee and tea. The sandwiches and baked goods are also decent. Customer service is excellent!I’ve been struggling to find a good quality iced tea, but brew on the grid now has me covered.

I roll out of bed every morning and into the Brew on the Grid. I've been coming here longer than some of the baristas have been working here. They have great food, immaculate vibes, and most importantly, amazing coffee. They play great music and the baristas are very friendly. Great place to get some work done or read. It's also dog friendly!

The drinks were expensive and not very good at all. I've been here a few times to meet friends who suggested it, and every time its been terrible.

Came here to get some work done. The vibes here are nice and calm! The sandwiches I tried were tasty and they have a lot of menu options and seasonal drinks! I got a sausage egg and cheese and a seasonal cherry blossom latte! The espresso they use is just strong enough and has a very clean flavor. The place is very clean and the staff are very kind!

This spot provides a good experience for those in need of a caffeine fix or a quiet study spot. One drawback to note is the parking situation. Worcester's regulations limit parking near the location to a maximum of two hours, pushing visitors to seek alternative arrangements. While a nearby garage provides an option, the extra 10-minute walk might deter some customers, especially those seeking convenience.Inside, the ambiance is typical of a cozy café, with a laid-back atmosphere perfect for studying or working. There are ample outlets available, and good WiFi.

the only local coffee business owner that had a successful business is George Howell he is wealthy business owner. I remember when this place was new reading online the owner was a manager of starbucks he compared his ideas to the big coffee company a statewide expansion that fell through. it goes from having a steady business to little customer count. in Hudson there was Arriba coffee looked exactly like a starbucks from busy to a dead house. best coffee shops have more expensive coffee line and scratch made food or local made such as pastries and baked snacks. I am aware of ownership change over with birch tree bread. her stuff is cheap a cut corners not from scratch. a point made. some owners will eventually close at some point.
Place is good but closes before it’s supposed to every Friday . It says 6 pm but closes before 5
I decided not to have coffee and breakfast in my hotel because the coffee shop was across the street. I need my coffee to set my vibe as it starts my day but what a mistake this one. First up the staff look miserable to a level that that I felt uncomfortable so I knew what was coming next. I ordered the sausage egg breakfast bagel but I asked for the New York bagel because on their advertisement board it states New York bagel $1.50 extra. He asked me what was the New York bagel and he says do you mean just a normal bagel? I’m like well I guess so. I asked for two large Americanos with cream. The girl who gave me the Americano filled it up to the top so I said I need to put cream in but she still filled. Then there was no cream at the normal customer service station so I asked her to put cream in and she says I may not be able to fit cream in. Anybody else would’ve emptied some out and put cream in but no she attempted to fill it to the neck with cream. Which means carrying the coffee to my hotel covered my hands and my coat on scalding hot coffee and also the coffee spilled into the bagel below so I cannot review the bagel because it was soaked in coffee. I wish I could review the coffee, but there was not enough cream in it and having no cream available to fill it myself. I will not let this destroy my day, but I hope this review prevent it from destroying other peoples day.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. The 2 breakfast sandwiches we ordered were ice cold in the middle. I don't know how you can mess that up when the place was basically empty. Dissipointed that they don't make their food fresh, this makes it no better than Dunkin.

Great place with plenty of natural light. Reasonable prices and nice seating, near Worcester common so there's plenty to do around here.
Parking: Relatively cheap street parking, very safe :)
