Want to make a shout out to a local business giving it everything they’ve got! My wife and I decided to escape the children for the evening, and happened upon 961. I can’t begin to explain how perfect the whole experience was. From the host, to the waitress/waitstaff. Never mind a live band??? I’ve never been to a Lebanese restaurant before, so was a bit unsure about what some of the items on the menu were. The guidance I received was no less than 10 stars. The food was wonderful, cooked to perfection, and the service was prompt. We can not wait to go back.

Absolutely the BEST Lebanese food I've ever had! The chicken is cooked so well beyond words, and the Shanklish is so delicious. I highly recommend this place for the ambient atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. We were even lucky enough to meet the chef, who is proud to bring the flavor right from her home of Lebanon. We will be back again and again!

We came to the restaurant at 7:30PM with two wishes and that was to get our food quickly and all the food at the same time. Two familys with a total of five hungry kids.... The waitor confirmed and said it would be quick so we sat down. We know, everything is a bit “maybe” in Gambia so we didn’t expect the fastest serving we ever had, we just wanted it to be reasonable... 1 hour and 30 mins later the first carbonara arrives and 35 mins later we get the last plate. After trying to get our almost sleeping kids to eat at least something I ask the waitor to speak to someone about this and he goes to get the manager. The manager immediately arrives to our table with a threatening and hostile look and he unwillingly listens to my feedback and my wishes of some kind of compensation. His reply is that he will give no compensation cause that’s not how ho runs his business. Well, keep that attitude and very soon you’ll have no business to run... Our night was ruined by our poor choice of restaurant. Anything can go wrong and the workload may be heavy but since there was NO other guests in the entire restaurant we consider 1,5h for a garlic bread and a carbonara not to be ok. That fact, together with the attitude we got from the manager makes the total of the experience terribly bad. My advice to you is to choose another restaurant.

tried here after a poor experience in a nearby restaurant. ordered bottle wine, was delivered to table in a very pretty ice bucket, all singing and dancing lights, ice no problem so very chilled. That was it, not opened, offered to taste, nothing...get on with it. Ordered food, waited.....and waited.....and waited.....eventually arrived. Got to say my half chicken was really good.....as for hubby's steak WELL....burned offerings, even gave him my chips to try and make it look like a meal....no thank you
