Food was great! The burgers were a little greasy however overall everything was amazing... The pricing wasn't bad for prices "nowadays"
Like I said the burgers were a little greasy and a bit of a mess, but everything else was fantastic.
Service was awesome, not slow at all... And the waitress was very kind.
The atmosphere is just the best. You just have to appreciate the rustic look of the building! It is so relaxing to be in.

DISAPPOINTING – AVOID THIS PLACE!
If you’re looking for a great burger, go somewhere else. I’ve never had to wait two hours for a simple burger until I visited The Fix in Worcester.
I arrived at 5 PM on a Saturday and was told there would be a 1-hour wait – not ideal, but manageable. Finally seated at 6:15 PM, 15 minutes later than promised. We quickly placed our orders, expecting the wait to be over. Wrong. We waited another hour and a half just for our food.
The experience only got worse. We were seated in a dimly lit area, making it difficult to even see our food.
This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I will never be returning. Save yourself the frustration and head down the road to Oak Barrel Tavern if you want a better experience!

Fine establishment. Pretty typical burger place. Waiter was friendly but the burgers took longer than expected. My Bigger Mac burger was alright. Nothing crazy. Fries were solid and crispy. Definitely places where you can get something similar for cheaper but it's still good.

Got the Yellowstone, botton bun was soggy. Meat was flavorless. Mediocre food for crazy price.
Great value and good food, friendly service

Food was disappointing considering its price. My burger was incredibly salty. I will say my strawberry milkshake was beyond DELICIOUS and delectable, i absolutely recommend getting a shake if you go here. Staff was lovely, ambience was nice. Not too loud, but lighting was a bit weird but not bad.

Food was amazing as always the service was less than ideal. One of very few times I've ever considered leaving less of a tip.

The food is good. It’s a burger place. A somewhat upscale burger place but nonetheless a burger place. I am disappointed with the lack of substitutions for fries. They in my opinion should have vegetables: green beans or broccoli etc. I shared a cookie skillet with my friend and the cookie itself was tiny. I have never seen this dessert where the cookie didn’t take up the skillet. But I digress, this is just an annoyance of mine I guess. Otherwise the food was delicious. My food was cooked exactly the way I asked for it to be. Staff was friendly.
