This place has a very upbeat atmosphere. I really wanted to eat outside on the roof, but it had just rained and they didn't reopen the rooftop seating. Therefore we had to sit in the bar area that was loud and crowded, but we could see Kentucky Derby which several in our party enjoyed. Our server, Maya, was very sweet and helpful. The appetizers were excellent. We had the Brussels sprouts and the Guacamole and Chips. Then for the main meal my daughter and I shared mac and chesse and BBQ chicken pizza. We asked for no bacon and they complied. However, the pizza came soggy and underdone. When they remade done to perfection, they forgot to remove the bacon. I despise bacon. The way it looks, smells, tastes, etc. so the entire pizza was ruined for me. My daughter and friends ate it, but they did remove it from the bill. My husband got the tuna poke bowl, which he said was just ok. So the food is nothing to write home about, but it is a fun place.

Hanna was our server, very informative, friendly ( the rest of the staff as well ). Food was great 👍 👌 We will be back!

Food overcooked (bread and sweet potato fries), too much cumin (overpowering flavor) in the pasta dish, fish tacos way too spicy. Service super slow. We asked to get our corrected food to go because it took so long and everyone else was done. Even when they brought our corrected dishes over and I reminded them that I had asked for it in a to go box, they disappeared with the corrected order for an extraordinary amount of time. Ginger ale tasted funny like sparkling apple juice. We had to get up to leave so they'd bring us the check. Very disappointing. Was nothing like this when we were there in the Fall. What happened? Nothing adjusted on the bill either.

Got the family together for Easter, and the food was great. We have vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters in our family, and everyone was happy with their meal.

Great food all around. Salmon was really good, as well as the roasted chicken and the pasta dishes. Drinks were spot on!

We had a great after theater meal here. There were 7 of us and all our meals were very good. Our server did well and split the check 3 ways. We'll be back for sure. Cheers

I haven't rated food because we didn't have food during our visit. Our primary reason for visiting was the interactive Van Gogh event.

The employees with whom we talked provided superb service. Our questions were answered professionally, and every employee had a smile big enough to match their friendliness.

Kid-friendliness: Completely and totally suitable for families with kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Of all elements of the interactive Van Gogh installation is accessibility is the one that needs the most attention.

The benches interspersed throughout the exhibit aren't attached to the floor. The chairs in the open viewing room are beach chairs that are comfortable for typically abled people. There's no seating for people with mobility limitations.

There are ADA compliant restrooms. One must walk 50 yards down narrow corridors without handrails on uneven concrete floors.

Honestly, wheelchair accessibility and ADA compliance is the responsibility of building owner and the businesses within the Mercantile.

The front line employees handle difficult situations remarkably well, and with all the care, compassion, and concern, that people come to expect from the friendly people that live and work in Worcester.

I was excited to finally try this spot. made a reservation for valentines day. first, we got seated right away and staff was very friendly. our waitress was very attentive and had a great personality. Now, the food... got the crispy Brussel sprouts as an app which were great. my wife got the fish tacos which seemed closer to cabbage tacos. I got the fried chicken sandwich and I couldn't get past a bite. what they don't mention on the menu is it's chicken thigh. it was tough and fatty and not remotely desirable. I never send food back but this was the exception. went safe with a cheese pizza... was just ok- heavy on the garlic. Finally we get dessert. the valentines day special mind you. took 20 min to come out as our waitress said they were frozen still. I probably wouldn't have shared that info. it finally came out and while the taste was good, it was still rock solid inside, so we took it home to thaw. how is your featured dessert frozen ?! probably would just go back for a drink maybe an app, but the rest of the food- not a chance.
