Real review of a real situation. But I’d like to mention one thing before getting into it: the half pound lobster roll was absolutely delicious. The bread, lobster quality and quantity, and flavor were all high marks. Probably the best lobster roll in the region. I’ve tried them all. Or at least most. This lobster roll is delicious. Had a reservation at 4:30 for a birthday we were seated promptly . Drinks order was taken and we looked at food menu. The birthday boy wanted muscles so we started with those . Lobster risotto and salmon were both delicious . Tiramisu for desert was very good.
They had a good selection of oysters and the chowder and bisque were very filling and pretty good. For my main course I had the crab stuffed sole. I didn't enjoy it, the sole was mushy and the crab stuffing wasn't good.
