I was excited to check this place out last summer as a possible new spot to enjoy a cocktail on a warm evening. My experience was pretty awful. The older male bartender ignored me for a good 20-30 minutes while he enthusiastically rambled on and on about the “real” vesper from the James Bond films to a younger couple who sat in rapt discomfort. After I ordered a drink it took an obscenely long time for him to make it. Drink was overpriced. The decor was like someone robbed my grandmothers living room in the early 90’s, it was like trying ti enjoy a drink on the set of Golden Girls. After finishing my cocktail I had wanted to try some local redemption rock beer, when I ordered it from the same bartender he then called over a younger female bartender, reiterated my order then made her get it. Will not be returning here.

Absolutely love heading down to The Sundown! Annie makes amazing drinks and MamaRoux is probably my favorite place to eat in all of Worcester.10/10 - an absolute must visit! Just know that it's cash only!

I've been to a fair share of bars and yet this is the spot that actually makes amazing cocktails, perfect dive bar type scene, if you have people visiting from out of town and they want a dive bar experience and a proper drink, take them here. Food truck on patio has awesome food too.
