We had no idea what to expect when we walked into this charming converted Diner. Had the jerk chicken and the stewed goat, both were bursting with fantastic flavors -- bold, complex and wonderfully balanced. I'm no expert in Jamaican food, but I've had jerk chicken dozens of times and I've never had anything like this. The cabbage side turned out to be a kind of coleslaw, except served warm and so much tastier than American-style slaw. Very friendly service too.

This is one of the Worcesters best resteraunts. The food and service are outstanding. You can tell everyone that walks through those doors feels like family. Coming from a jamaican background, it tastes like mom was cooking in the kitchen. The jamaican breakfast option (saltfish and butterbeans w/ boiled banana, dumplings) is outstanding. My wife goes for the jerk chicken wrap, which is unbelievable. They also have many of your typical American breakfast options such as meat, egg, and cheese sandwiches, steak and eggs, etc. They do not only serve breakfast, you can also get many lunch dishes every day as well. I believe there are even more options heading into the weekends. The service is amazing as well. You're made to feel like you're home. Because of work, I can only come so often.... if I could come for breakfast every morning, I most certainly would.

The meat is JUICY, the plantains are CRISPY and slightly sweet, the cabbage is crunchy, salty, slightly acidic. The patties are FRESH TO ORDER don't miss them.
The portions are HEAVY well worth the price. If you love food come here hungry and you won't leave disappointed. Only downside they earlier than expected at 5:30pm

The mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. The chicken was just the right amount of spice and paired well with the rice & beans. Also had some of the sweet plantains. The mac & cheese was creamy and delicious. The chicken was just the right amount of spice and paired well with the rice & beans. Also had some of the sweet plantains. Mind Blowing!!! 🤯 If you haven’t tried Unique Cafe’s Famous Mac Paddy, you are not Living!! To come up with such a Unique Dish, is Genius!! She takes a Beef patty, split it open and fills it with a Delicious Mac and Cheese and tops it off with Shredded Oxtail !! Amazing 🤩!! She closes it all up and bakes it I believe.. You can even add rice and peas if I’m not mistaken.. Overall Great food, Great service and Great atmosphere!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend!!
