Waitress serving 2-3 tables max is slow. She’s slow because she sat down and played on her phone. She gets up walks past me without asking how I’m doing to grab a check with cleaning another table. Then she realizes it’s time to check on me. I tell her I want the check and she brings it. Zero personality or care. Bill was $20 and she got a $2 tip! Normally she gets $5-6. If you suck at your job you have to learn your lesson.

Classically styled UNOs with great pizza and enough other options to make everyone happy. Salad was fresh, and deep dish pizza was first-rate as always. Good service helped move things along at a good pace.

Deleted my review for being honest. Go elsewhere, avoid this restaurant. Your dollar is WORTH more.

Service absolutely horrible! Place wasn't busy at all and took forever to get drinks. Ordered salads and one came out wrong. Only in town for the weekend and we picked the worst place to go!

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to ever. Do not come here. First things first we came at 9:09 and they close at 10. We told our waiter we were ready to order right away and he LEFT and came back 20 minutes LATER. He was just standing at the counter doing nothing. Another 20 minutes went by and they told us that there was no more steak. We ordered and it took 40 minutes for the food to come and the waiter was not attentive at all. We had to keep calling our waiter because he was not coming to us at all. (We were the only people there) When the food came it was so COLD. (I saw a review saying they said the same thing to another person so maybe they’re just lying so they can leave sooner)

The sauce wasn’t even mixed into the pasta and it was just sauce on top. The Mac and cheese looked like it had no cheese whatsoever and when we complained to the front desk, she just laughed with her co worker and said “I don’t know what’s up with that” and did not even give us a discount or NOTHING considering none of us ate our food it was gross. It looked like a 5 year old made the quesadilla and the pasta.

Ordered Chicago classic pizza, pizza skins and a small house salad.
Pizza had sausage and mozzarella cheese but for some reason chunky tomato sauce was not present. A very salty cheese and sausage pizza for $29. Salad was not fresh. Pizza skins were ok. The whole bill was $52. Leaving out or forgetting to include the tomato sauce and the high price tag were the main reasons for this 1 star rating.

They validate parking, which is great because this location doesn't have a parking lot. Park across the street at the public parking garage and bring your ticket into unos. When paying your bill make sure to hand them the card for parking validation and then the parking is free. Otherwise it's $7 if you forget to bring the parking garage ticket inside.
I went here on mother's Day 2025. Surprisingly it was slow. Not many people dining after 630pm. Service was a bit slow so it's good they only had a few tables. The food took a while but not so long that I would have questioned leaving. Just a little longer than I'd expect, but the food was good and it was all served hot. I paid my check at the counter to make it easier to get my parking validated. I would recommend giving them a try. They are located downtown Worcester near dcu center, I believe. The kids meals are large and a great price. Only 6.99-7.99 each.

Ridiculously salty. Never ever even going to think of eating here again.

great place I ate here twice during my trip everyone was friendly and the food was awesome Issac was our Waiter great job to him.

Good meal, the Crisp Chicken, lettuce salad and Honey Sauce was tasty and the sweet potato fries were fresh.

Waited forever for a table but mind you there were like 25 empty tables ..so that was great

Food was horrible! I had soup that tasted like dishwater. A chicken salad that was soggy and had noodles. My fiancée had a Cesar salad that had old brown lettuce. And a soggy deep dish pizza,that looked like they missed a few steps.

Told us 20 mins wait , but we waited 40 mins then another 40 mins just to get apps that wasnt even the right one. They are so under staff and food was bad , hard hamburger bun and dry salad. We will never go there again.
