Uno Pizzeria & Grill

Might be a staffing issue but my friend and I waiting for 20 minutes before the waitress took our drink order and another 20 before she came back with one drink. Seemed to be only two waitresses working and the place was not very busy. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in a chair watching the girls do their best. Food was ok. I've been to this location a few times and it was way better before.

Tiny pizza for $16, not worth it.
Crust isn’t fresh, and doesn’t taste like 25 years ago. Now they make it and freeze it. Too long refrigerated. Tastes hard and stale. Toppings were decent but I won’t be a fan :(

AVOID THIS PLACE! Not worth the free appetizer coupon from the connecting hotel. Everyone else summed it up- long wait time, staff completely ignoring you, food coming out cold and the restaurant being “out” of everything. We were there waiting for about forty minutes before we flagged a staff member down to be seated, and were stuck in a booth in the loud bar for over two hours waiting for food that came out cold. The remake of the pizza came out cold too, btw. The only competent staff member was the bartender. Just don’t go here, or suffer like we did.

We were told there was only one person serving tables so we had tried to be as patient as possible but after we got our food he left never came back and we were waiting awhile , the table next to us never got their food until they said something he ignored us multiple times he walked by only to clean tables will never eat at this location again tip was $0 👌🏻also he ignored us once he had more people waiting on tables with him and she had people in and out

My wife and 15 former classmates met here on 9/27/25 for a mini reunion (50+ years). The sever, Isaac, did an outstanding job handling all the orders. Very professional.

Honestly I felt like a burden! Waiter took our drink order and started to walk away when I stopped him to get an appetizer.
We waited about 10 minutes before we received our drinks and then another 5 before our appetizer of fried pickles came out. At this time the waiter still did not take our order, so my husband and I decided that we would finish our drinks and pay our bill but we were not continuing our meal there. We then had to wait another 20 minutes before they decided to grace us with there presence. We proceed to pay and leave. The whole experience just left me feeling like I was a bother to them and they would rather be anyplace other than work. Which I completely understand that but you make your money by getting tips! Learn some customer service! The fried pickles were good and drinks we great from the bar. But I will never go there again.

Seemed to have only two servers working during a very busy weekend due to a convention next door whenever we went. Felt ignored and waited 20 minutes one day despite a ton of free seating. Pizza was raw and other food was mediocre. The best thing was our servers who did their best and were very kind. The management really needs to make some adjustments.

didn't actually eat here but the employees were extremely nice and let me use their bathroom plenty all weekend, and the bathroom was very clean and quiet

We waited for over 20 minutes with no one greeting us and an ever-growing line behind us. I had to ask someone behind the counter when I could put my name in. Several people next to us who ordered ahead had wrong orders. We ended up leaving. No sense of urgency or professionalism. If you know there's a convention and a concert on the same night, maybe prepare a little better.

The bar tender was the only good experience of this place ! Food was at best a 1/2 star . Turkey lunch meat should not be warm . Needless to say I didn’t eat it I was afraid of bacteria growth if it sat out being that warm . Mozzarella sticks were still hard cheese and not even warm . The sour cream was good ! But definitely under staffed and no manager was to be found . The staff tried to stay positive but think they obviously need a new manager whom can be there and be able to help staff run a very busy restaurant. I’m sure they lost lots money today for poor management . Will not be back

The pizza was not bad although admittedly I wasn't expecting it to be cut into little squares. As is common with most pizza places we had to cut into the pieces ourselves just to break them apart because they never cut them fully despite it looking as if they had but it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't personally recommend the drinks on the menu because they aren't very balanced and sometimes have more ice than actual drink but on the bright side if you ask for something and they have the ability to make it they will which they did for me mum. The place was pretty empty so service wasn't too bad. The waiter was sweet and came back to check on us a couple times. The pizza took a while but I'd say around 15 minutes at the most was the wait time. The place is very rustic and unique from most places in Worcester that decided to take a modern approach which is a big relief because you actually feel like you're in a place known for it's pizza and not in a sad bleak McDonalds that decided to follow the trend of modernizing. If you're in the downtown area the prices and the location aren't too bad. I'd recommend especially if you have one of those handy discounts!
