Dan and Sarah were extremely hospitable and personable in their service of our party!I give them the highest review for service! The Unos franchise should use these two individuals as a model for all Unos employees!

My sisters and I were staying at the connected hotel for the night. We wanted something close. When we were put on a wait list of 45 minutes, no problem it was packed. When there were seats at the bar, we stayed there. Monster truck was happening across the street, and there were a ton of screaming kids. Not the restaurants fault. Our bartender was good, she was the only wait staff that was actually trying to get work done. The male bartender had sunglasses on top of his head and was just flirting with young women that were there. I’ve worked in the restaurant/bar business as well as my sisters. We only ordered appetizers, by this time the place was cleared out. The food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The nachos were some of the worst tasting I’ve ever had, there was hardly any cheese on it. From the minute we sat down there were 5 empty tables that were still full of plates. I get they were in the weeds, but when there are a bunch of tables to be bussed and all the employees were on their phones or flirting with customers there’s no excuse. I felt so bad for our waitress, she was running the place. There was a group of kids that definitely did not look 21 ordering pitchers of margaritas and drinking them with straws. Each one in the group drank at least 2 pitchers. I went to the bathroom, 2 of the employees were in a stall doing lines and giggling, then ran out when they knew there was someone in there. Never again will I go to this place again. The lighting was the brightest I’ve seen in a restaurant. After a stressful week, we just wanted to relax ; instead we wanted to bus tables and couldn’t wait to leave. We ended up at the place down the road called Off The Rails, and wished we went there in the first place. You are better off going somewhere else.

Food was better than I expected but they were incredibly understaffed for a Friday night. We waited forever for drinks and our check. I wasn't asked if I wanted another beer once. I wish the bar was a little bigger so we didn't have to wait at a table.

The ran out of plates, spoons, and knives. Seriously. We were told that we couldn’t eat our meal with anything other than a fork. They also ran out of limes which we wanted for our drinks.

UNO's had gone down hill. We only went because it was down the street from Freeplays where we were meeting friends and I've had a gift card to UNO's for a few years and wanted to use it up. But it was horrible. My drink was so strong and didn't even taste like a blueberry mojito. The food was bland. When I was younger I used to get the rattlesnake pasta and it was so much better. This didn't have any spice kick to it. And you could tell it was made with cheap ingredients. My boyfriend couldn't even eat his sandwich. He took a couple bites and said it was inedible. We will never return.

I've been in the Food and Beverage industry since 1988. This was the best salmon I have ever had. Ever. Terrific job!

What a fun time we met a little earlier so that we could eat before the show and turns out we had extra time but we ordered apps you see Dave doesn't like nachos and I wasn't gonna order nachos I was gonna order something else but Dave looks at the menu and says just get the nachos and I was like but you don't even like them because it's hard to get an even distribution of cheese tomatoes sauce and other toppings on one chip wouldn't it be great if the chips were served differently and the toppings were like a buffet bar but Dave was like it's just easier this way so we got them and he was right they would have been better if they made em differently style but they were still good so we also had pizza skins fyi they have potatoe in them LOL Kevin had a diet coke that came out 30 minutes before the beers did and Joe wore a turtle neck with a large jacket that he has to buy 2 of at a time and then send the one back that he doesn't want and it then it take 10 other business days to get the money back but if you pay $25 per year you get no charge shipping RIGHT it was ians first time seeing four year strong and I think he liked it but it's hard to say.

This was once an easy and awesome spot to hit before attending a show at the Palladium. Perfectly located between the parking garage and the venue. However, the past two times my husband and I have decided to go here it was dreadful. Last time, the hostess seated us and the waitress didn't come to our table for over 20 minutes. We were about to leave and she finally came over to take our drink order. Food was subpar at best. Friday, 11/10, we decided to give Unos another shot figuring it was a one off bad day. We were proved wrong. The place was barely half full on a Friday night at 6. That should have been our first hint. The waitress was kind but clearly had too many tables. He ordered a deep dish pepperoni. It came out a ball of dough, slopped in a little deep dish plate with 5 or 6 pieces of tomato. THREE, YES, THREE pepperoni and a mountain of greasy cheese. He barely ate any of it, saying it taste microwaved. It certainly looked it as well. I ordered the Burratta and ate very little. The cheese was ice cold with hot sundried tomatoes and cold diced tomatoes. Very odd and not at all how it would be served normally. Least important to mention is how gosh darn bright that place is. You feel like a deer in headlights. All around poor experience, won't return ever again.

Very pleasant place. It was easy with my family in tow. The prices felt very reasonable and the food was very good!

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza and it was for sure microwaved and disgusting. No wonder why this place was dead on a Friday night. Probably one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while.

The waitress was a great she was so awesome it wasn't funny I had to tell the manager that she was an asset to the company without leaving and at night time it was so packed that you couldn't get to get a seat but I'm sure they took care of everybody with first class and the Trans-Siberian orchestra great.Vegetarian options: Very goodWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Garlic parmesean wings and hot wings were delicious. Their burgers are good, too. I got the Cesar salad. My tip to you is to ask for dressing on the side, I usually do, but I forgot to this time. But it was good just drowning in dressing. They definitely need to hire a cleaning company to come in and dust as well as clear out cobwebs in light fixtures and windows. Tables feel sticky like they're dirty but maybe build up. All in all, nice waitress and good food.

Ordered a large plain thin crust pizza and the waitress brought a deep dish with globes of cheese so thick we were choking and no sauce only pieces of tomato on top, it was awful, only ate one piece and threw the rest away when we got home, didn't want to say anything, she was trying to do her best, but was very disappointed with the pizza.
