Visited Worcester and was hungry but I regret ordering food from this mediocre place i ordered a Philly steak and cheese pizza because I saw there pictures and it did look really good. But what I got was far from the photo. It had no unions no peppers and no mushrooms and ontop of that barely any steak. I called and complained and they had the nerve to tell me I didn't order the pizza with all those ingredients.. like wth.. I shouldn't have to the name of the pizza speaks for itself so I told them they need to make it right so they told me not to touch the one they sent me and they were gonna send out a new one which was not even close to what they show you I there menu pictures. The pizza couldn't of been more thin and it seems like they count how many pieces of the ingredients they put on there pizza the worst is I can't at least say it tasted good. Smh very poor quality 👎👎👎👎👎

Hard to take orders rude and deny and call me liar about how I ordered got ordered a wrap asked for toasted they said I didn’t ask for them to toast it said I was lying and an attitude foreign lady need to stay in the kitchen leave the phone to the polite employees

Been getting take out here for years and it never disappoints. Very very friendly family run business. Mushroom pizza is the best.
We stumbled upon this place while on vacation in Massachusetts. WOW!! The pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Plus-they made a stuffed crust for us and it was out of this world. Definitely recommend!

I honestly do not understand how this pizza restaurant could be so full of lies!! I've been ordering from them for years, and nothing less than a 9 to 10 dollar tip every time! I never order pick up it's always delivery. I called an hour later and they said they were waiting on me to pick it up. I politely told them I never order pick up due to no vehicle. She said she would bring it to me right away. I told her no thank you I did not want an hour old pizza.... soooo how about they show up 10 min later with the same pizza, only reheated in the oven after she told me she'd make me a fresh one. I have 2 toddlers. The pizza was so damn hard they couldn't eat it. So when I called she assured me it was fresh, lol ...ummm OK so that was a lie!!!!....I've reheated pizza in the oven b4 so i know how it taste, as well as knowing a pizza cannot be made in 10 min, cut and boxed, then delivered all in that 10 min time frame. DO BETTER VERNON PIZZA, DO BETTER!!! I don't appreciate being lied to after being loyal customers as well as a generous tippers. NEVER AGAIN! what a frickin joke this place. Almost 6 years ordering from them and never had this issue. I'll gladly take my business else where. Extremely disappointed ?

I always enjoy having a good pizza shop in the neighborhood, and after moving here in 2023 I started frequenting here. Pizza is great, not greasy, and anytime I've asked for it to be well done, it was done well.
My only issue is that I've noticed when I order online for a delivery and get extra meat on a sub, they charge me for it, but I receive the same amount of meat as a regular.
I enjoy the food in this old school pizza joint. Their menu is diverse, portions are substantial, for instance, a large Chicken salad can be easily shared and your belly will be filled ?. The pizza is delicious.
