I went to Via so that I could have their Veal Parmesan which they now don’t serve anymore. So instead, I tried their pork ribs. They were terrible. They were tough and dry and had no flavor except for the sauce that covered them. One more thing, I don’t know whose idea it was put the bathrooms next to an open kitchen. We will not return.

The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was very nice. However, the food left a lot to be desired. The pasta was overcooked, without salt, and the parmigiana was all soft and not crispy. My husband's fish was unsalted, it didn't seem to have been cooked enough. The potatoes had a very strange taste, it was impossible to eat. My son's pasta dish was the tastiest, with shrimp it was good.
The service was exceptional and the atmosphere is very beautiful. However, the food left a lot to be desired, the pasta was overcooked, without salt, and the parmigiana was all springy and not crunchy. My husband's fish was unsalted and didn't seem to have cooked enough. the potatoes had a very strange taste, it was not possible to eat them. My son's pasta dish was the most delicious with shrimp it was good.
Parking: There is parking but you need to look for it

Three out of four meals were bland. (Eggplant Parmesan, chicken Parmesan, Margarita flatbread, meh). Two wait staff but no one came to check on our meals or if everything was ok or if we needed anything, until the end to try to sell us desert or more drinks. When they saw our meals were hardly touched, no one asked if everything was ok. I would not recommend nor would I go back.

Never disappointed with Via, but it was exceptional the other night. The Osso Bucco was spot on served with cheesy polenta. Love this place!
We've been going to Via since they opened. The recent menu changes were disappointing. Our favorite menu items were gone. The Fonduta of Italian cheeses and the veal scallopine are no longer offered and the short ribs, although still very good, are served with tortellini now, which I don't think is an improvement. Also notable is the servers at the Worcester restaurant group restaurants all seem to be new and the team serving dynamic is not as it used to be, either. We were told that there is a new head Chef, but rather than adding new menu items, they seem to have just removed some of the best ones.

For a supposed fine dinning establishment they don't know how to cook asked for medium rare like a normal person gave us well done steaks and I got a lobster tail that was terrible tasted fishy which meant it was old and it was also extremely rubbery and I spent that night and the next day in the bathroom because of it it's not worth the prices buuuut I will say the customer service was great

Everything was exceptional. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the vibe was amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, creating the perfect setting for our anniversary celebration. We’re thrilled we chose to celebrate our special day at this restaurant and will definitely be returning for future occasions!

John now in management still finds time to say hello and assist the servers with table needs, drink suggestions when asked. Hailee our server is a role model for her down to earth personality and timeless style. The Staff from the hostess to servers and behind the grills work incredibly hard.
