I didn't get to try the food yet so I can't attest to that personally. Although my friend that brought me said their meatball sandwiches are amazing. They had live music that lifted the whole atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Tons of interesting photos of Worcester's rich history decorated the walls. As well as many interesting taxidermy animals displayed throughout the bar. I'll definitely be going back for the next live jam sesh. Comanchero played a phenomenal show. The live jam band plays there on the 4th Thursday of the month, at least for the winter months.

Stopped in while going down BF’s memory lane on our recent drive to Eastern Mass. In the middle of nowhere. But wow, what an interesting eclectic place! Full of soul and character. Our bartender Bob was so great, told us about the bar and its various items displayed throughout. Taxidermy, photos of vintage redsox players. Showed us the outdoor space behind the bar. The meatball sandwich did not disappoint. Delicious, the soft bread it comes in is fresh and really satisfying to bite into. We could have hung out there all night. The cast of characters coming through definitely out of a Bukowski novel.

Ok y’all this bar is not what it seems. This is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover. The atmosphere here was amazing. It has a small town, homey, everyone knows everyone vibe. There was a band during my visit (Dan and friends? Something like that) and they were INCREDIBLE!!!!! Absolutely insanely good. They killed it. Live music and cold beer, what more can you ask? The food however, not the best. Had the meatball sub sandwich or whatever and it was ehh, ok at best. The atmosphere here is worth a visit.

My partner brought me here for the first time last year (despite always being in Worcester, I had unfortunately never been) and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I’ve even done photos/video here because the bonus is, it just LOOKS amazing. Atmosphere is the absolute best, but the REAL good is their meatball sandwich. Don’t get it if you’re not prepared to think about it every day, multiple times a day.
