Service was polite and quick. The place is pretty dirty. Burgers were cold, just got the classic and they don’t bother to toast the buns or anything. Condiments are ice cold … cheese didn’t even melt. Hard pass, didn’t bother to eat more than a bite or two. Also the bathrooms are BEYOND filthy.

We had the best experience here for lunch today - we placed a curbside order with special requests, and when we arrived, it was ready right on time, exactly as requested. Everything was terrific, especially for the price. We'll be back!

Had food delivered and they made it completely wrong. I don’t ask for mayo on this at all, no onions on it I didn’t ask for tomato and had 1 little piece of lettuce. That is so cheap of you guys.

Food taste like it's from the fast food joint checkers in NY it's not bad. The older lady is fake and condescending with a chip on her shoulder. I discovered this spot while doing my weekend gig. It's quiet and the food smell amazing

Awesome burgers. Hand cut fries are great. The cheese curds are great as well. Staff is very nice every time I go in. Clean dining area too. Price is great, less than 15$ for burger, fries and a fountain soda.

We had Wayback cater our Member's lunch here today at Venture X Marlborough and it was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and we cannot say enough about the tater tots!

I don't think it would hurt to just leave the bathroom open, but a family meal was good and fed three young men.
Vegetarian options: I don't think there are any other than fries and milkshakes.
Head and shoulders above most burger chains. Not cheap but good quality.

The food was very good. Better than any fast food chain. Inside was a little small, but manageable. Inside is a digital order kiosk, along with standard face to face order.
The wait was a few minutes longer than I'd hope for, but still in a reasonable time, they were a little busy.

This location may need to go through some food handling and sanitation training.
Being there for only 10 minutes I witnessed one worker who was adding toppings to burgers and bagging to go orders use their gloved hand to grab the collar of their shirt to cough into it and then go back to touching food with the same gloves on without washing their hands or changing their gloves. Even before covid this would be a common sense food handling 101 of "wash my hands and change my gloves."
Another worker was mopping while wearing gloves and then would handle the fryers and the food with the same gloves on.
I understand that not every place follows sanitary food handling practices when things are busy, but these all felt like common sense things where just changing your gloves goes a long way. Also, not working when you are sick.
I did eat the food because I had already paid for it and, while the cleanliness was in question -- the food smelled good and it did taste good. I would come back, but if I see the same type of mishandling and sanitary worries, I wouldn't be back a third time.
