This the worst service I a Had received from this Wendy location I was a picking up a load from this location then I walk to their building which was nearest to me, Then I tried to order one for here and another one for to go chicken rapped medium fries and one laminated drink. Then guy put something fishy like high price $29 I told him please cancel the one for to go then he says ok still the price high 19$ lol. Then I told why you still charging me two raps and remember previous he tried to charge me two drinks and what I was ordered was just one drink. Then he called his supervisor he didn’t fixed the issue I told him why am I paying double rapped chicken and I canceled then he fixed the price total comes 11$. Then the guy who was serving me just give me empty cups I asked why this empty cup then didn’t talk to me another person came to me and helped me. The food no quality at all cold food. No service Trying to over charge the customer This is not the Wendy’s I use to know they had to change this manner or it will be closed soon for no service.

I used to be a customer of this company, but as we can see, this company, which specializes in food, has declined significantly due to its employees' filth, lack of hygiene, and failure to adhere to customer service standards, as seen in the picture. Therefore, and example of what kind of workers,, plus on top of that, they are very rude. goodbye forever.

A while back I left a review on the other Wendy's five minutes away, saying you should just go to this one instead. Whoo boy. I was so wrong.
We placed a mobile order this evening for two frosties and a baked potato with cheese. We get to the window, and both of our frosties were wrong. One was the wrong size, and the other was the completely wrong flavor. We asked the guy if he could fix it, and he told us no? Flat out refused to fix it.
Once we got home, we discovered that not only did they not give us the baked potato we ordred- they put French fries and cheese in a baked potato container. That's insane? Like, are you kidding me? Every Wendy's in this town sucks. Go to burger king

who ever was working the night shift around 10pm sep. 27th and made my doordash order needs to count there days. I ordered baconator fries and i got sent a cold regular medium fries. On top of that I payed for extra Oreo pieces on my “Oreo Brownie Twist Vanilla Frosty Fusion” and it literally has not 1 piece of Oreo😭😭. This order was disappointing.
The soda machines did not have Diet Dr. Pepper even though it was one of the choices. One machine was out of ice. They did not have Frostys although they advertised the new flavors and swirls. The rest rooms had combo locks and when I finally saw an employee, I asked for the combo and was told they were closed!

I like their salads a lot: protein-rich, lean, flavorful. But Wendy's in general doesn't season it's burgers with anything but an imperceptible amount of salt, which may be good for people, but I personally dislike

My son 5 has been sick ever sense eating a happy meal today from here. I swear if he has food posioning from here this company will pay!!!! If hes not better by tomorrow i will be heading to e.r and if they say it has anything to do with your food wendys on southbride st. There will be a lawsuit on your hands.
