Ordered from this one tonight. A single apple pecan salad (comes with pecans, chicken, apples, cranberries, pomegranate vinaigrette and some blue cheese) I added shredded cheese and some bacon. Salad I received: no chicken, no blue cheese, no vinaigrette, no pecans. I also had requested utensils. None. Not even a freaking fork to eat the “salad” they sent no napkins. I put the claim in with GH but still. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Honestly it was a horrible experience.

2 orders tonight from this lousy establishment. Both orders were completely wrong. Ordered a kids cheeseburger
Meal with no fries and apple slices
And they only gave us fries. No
Cheeseburger, no apple slices. The other meal was also the wrong burger completely. This place needs to fire all of their overpaid terrible employees that were working on 1/7/26 between 9pm and 1030pm. In fact their manager should also be fired for trusting these clowns with his or her store. I will never again trust Wendy’s after this. I should have known after that cold miserable woman handed me the order that it was wrong. She had no intention of filling my order correctly. She even made leave the drive thru line to screw the order up. Who wants to eat food handed to them by an angry food handler. NEVER AGAIN !!!

Worst Wendy's ever, specially the closing shift including shift or closing manager, this restaurant is the worst example for any restaurant or fast food, and this review is after 3 consecutive late night visits in a period of few weeks, Wendy's management seriously needs to pay some attention or if they can't manage the location why not just shut it down.

How hard is it to wear gloves? Just got served in the drive thru with someone wearing zero gloves n having their nails did. Now I gotta throw a whole meal away cuz idk what you gross ahh people got going on… you’re serving food bro I don’t want to taste a cut on your finger or catch some disease for a $5 sandwich just be clean how hard is that.

This the worst service I a
Had received from this Wendy location I was a picking up a load from this location then I walk to their building which was nearest to me,
Then I tried to order one for here and another one for to go chicken rapped medium fries and one laminated drink. Then guy put something fishy like high price $29 I told him please cancel the one for to go then he says ok still the price high 19$ lol.
Then I told why you still charging me two raps and remember previous he tried to charge me two drinks and what I was ordered was just one drink.
Then he called his supervisor he didn’t fixed the issue I told him why am I paying double rapped chicken and I canceled then he fixed the price total comes 11$.
Then the guy who was serving me just give me empty cups I asked why this empty cup then didn’t talk to me another person came to me and helped me.
The food no quality at all cold food.
No service
Trying to over charge the customer
This is not the Wendy’s I use to know they had to change this manner or it will be closed soon for no service.

I used to be a customer of this company, but as we can see, this company, which specializes in food, has declined significantly due to its employees' filth, lack of hygiene, and failure to adhere to customer service standards, as seen in the picture. Therefore, and example of what kind of workers,, plus on top of that, they are very rude. goodbye forever.
