Food was fresh and good. Service was trash. Waited 5 mins at drive-thru and never got acknowledged. Went inside and was just as ignored. 5 people working, only one order on the board and I was completely ignored as they laughed and joked. I finally saw an order kiosk and thought I needed to order there (which someone could have told me) but when I finished and looked up a new customer was being served by an employee behind the counter. Just trash Service inside and out.

Yesterday we ordered breakfast combo items but it was still cool and potatoe like hard chips, a guy customer service seems no interest of serving customer. This morning we stop by 6:30am but the door still locked, web site and store hours list 6am-2am everyday. Nowaday more workers do not care about their duties at jobsite anymore ?.

Without a doubt the worst Wendy's I've ever experienced. I'd never write a review for a fast food location, but with this Wendy's location you're unlikely to even get to eat. I had ordered through their app tonight, it was delayed after its original arrival time and then it was finally CANCELLED on me after a full hour. Money has not been returned yet either, but I'm sure that will be settled in short time. Before this, we door dashed from this location and not a single item was correct. We ordered Frostys and they weren't included, we ordered baked potatoes but only got fries, and the burgers were full of toppings when ordered plain. We did get a refund through doordash and I unfortunately decided to give this location another try. Small side note, they simply don't have the frosty you want or the baked potatoes they advertise. I've got a low bar for fast food, but with this location you're not even guaranteed your dinner.
EDIT: Good luck contacting the restaurant, their number listed on Google goes straight to an answering machine. Only location I've had that experience with, but I don't tend to call my local Wendy's often.

The drive through line wasn't moving for 10 minutes so I went inside. I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes while multiple employees made eye contact with me but said nothing. The entire visit took over 30 minutes for "fast" food.
Also, a person who came in after me who supposedly worked there (but it was his day off) came in with a group of young friends, walked behind the counter in his pajama pants and Crocs, helped himself to some beverage cups and some fries, and then chatted with the employees after placing his actual order. He didn't wash his hands before going back to the kitchen and touching stuff.
Literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

Waited more than 10 mins for my food, stale sausage, food cold, the employees were on their phone while there was people at the counter, and one girl was talking to her boyfriend while people were waiting. Talk about ghetto and unprofessional... yikes
Always forgetting things. Always out of items. The workers at the window can be quite condescending. Also the food is almost never made correctly. The saucy nuggz arent mixed up. And the bacon on my frys wasnt even cut up, just sloppily placed on top, with a slight cheese drizzle. By far one of the most subpar wendys ive been too, and thats saying a lot. Foods eatable tho, 1.5/5
