This Wendys location comes in 2nd place for me, for worcester, ma. The food at this location is always better than the one on park ave, but the one on lincoln street is my #1 choice. Why? Because the food and the workers there are always good. The people who take your order at the Southbridge Street location always have an attitude and act like theyre mad you want to place an order and if you order more than one thing, but the food is usually always good and fresh and the vegetables...
It was a little busy but upon listening to the car ahead of me, I could tell it was a complicated order, but, the woman taking the order, stayed cool. When I pulled up she was so pleasant and calm and smiling. In fact her and her coworker were joking around and keep me in the loop. It was a very positive experience. I didn't get their names but they worked the window on 6/4 around 8:30 pm. Oh and the food was very good. I had the honey bbq nuggets.
I love how the food is cooked here.At other Wendy's, they make horrible Chili's and the chicken is not cooked well.However, the French fries are always dry, it doesn't surprise me because every Wendy's is like that on french fries.Customer service, well, they are ok because of the food well done, but it takes them a while to assist us or give us the food.Atmosphere, alright. It's just too crowded sometimes. Especially at the drive thru.
