I used to be a customer of this company, but as we can see, this company, which specializes in food, has declined significantly due to its employees' filth, lack of hygiene, and failure to adhere to customer service standards, as seen in the picture. Therefore, and example of what kind of workers,, plus on top of that, they are very rude. goodbye forever. Specially, the one in Southbridge St., West Sester, Massachusetts

The place was empty and they still had a hard time knowing who's food was whose. Above the register and the food being made were tons of flies. I had a chicken wrap that was like mush inside. The lettuce was wilted and just gross. The bathrooms? Totally disgusting with toilet paper all over the 2 stalls in the ladies room. I almost lost my lunch when I went to wash my hands and a big glob of hair was in the sink. Nasty dirty place! Eat at your own risk!

Terrible service! I do not recommend it, look for another restaurant! I went there today 10/18/25 around 11:26 pm and there was a rude, rude and ill-mannered employee! who simply made me waste about 30/40 minutes in a line.

Bun was stale. Fast food has enough preservatives in it to kill a small dog, and it was stale. That’s disgusting. Obviously no standards here.

They use AI at the drive-thru; I rather have a real human. Using AI is lazy

i went around 2am, fries were a little cold and they ran out of honey mustard but workers were chill and gave me 2 of every sauce they had

I’m genuinely baffled. Of all the decisions Wendy’s could have made — raising prices, shrinking nuggets, messing with fries again — removing the Ghost Pepper Ranch Sauce might be the worst one yet.

That sauce wasn’t just good, it was the only reason I stopped at Wendy’s instead of the dozens of other drive-thrus I pass. It had the perfect balance of creamy and spicy — not the fake “buffalo” kind of heat, but real flavor. Every bite of spicy nuggets or fries was next-level with it.

Now? You’ve left us with a lineup of sauces that taste like they were made for people afraid of seasoning. Ghost Pepper Ranch was the soul of the menu, and you ripped it away like it didn’t matter. I’ve tried to find a replacement, but nothing else comes close.

If this was some kind of “limited-time” stunt, then shame on you — you knew how beloved it was. If it was a “cost decision,” maybe check your priorities. A loyal fan base is worth more than cutting a few cents on sauce ingredients.

Until it’s back, I won’t be back either. Ghost Pepper Ranch was the only reason you stood out — now you’re just another bland fast-food joint.

Signed, a heartbroken (and still hungry) former regular.

I used to love going to this specific location of wendys because the ladies running the place were always super nice, chill, and patient. Within the past year or so I noticed they've made some staff changes and with the revolving door of new people they've all been super rude, sassy, and impatient. Today I placed an order through the wendys app and, when we went to go pick it up, the staff said its not in the system and there is nothing they could do. We showed them our order email, the confirmation on the app, and the receipt on the app. All of which showed an order placed at their location with time stamps and they still denied us. We spoke directly to the manager and he even said there was nothing he could do, he couldnt give us our food or a refund. They didnt even try to customer service us and give us what alternatives we had to getting a refund, we had to pull back up and ask how do we go about getting our money back. This ridiculousness, their rudeness and sassy disposition and lack of customer service etiquette just really was the nail in the coffin for me with this location.

Edit: After a few days, I received an automated email saying they'd give me a $20 offer on my next order but not a refund. No option to email back or speak to a person either. Not a solution I was looking for, especially given I'm not itching to go order Wendy's after this whole ordeal.

Compared to other fast food, it's a 4. Compared to any other food choices, it's a 2.

I hate to dog on spots but I ordered, got one cup instead of two and asked for the other and the lady working thought I was dumb or something and almost didn’t want to give me the second cup. Coke freestyle machine had no ice, half the options were unavailable. The food is mid, it’s like the quality of food a Wendy’s has gone down over the years. They don’t give trays and all your food is in a bag, yet there is dine in seating areas.

I ordered two Cristy’s one brownie batter and one Oreo brownie, the Oreo brownie one usually is mixed up and when I asked the lady to please mix it up for me she turned to her coworker making a face and ignored me, her con worker laughed, I just drove away because I wasn’t really about to argue over that..

I should’ve just been charged for two brownie batter frosties instead of paying more for half an Oreo on top of my Oreo brownie one
