Great food , great service. One of the absolute Wendy's I've even been too. Actually one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever been too.

It's overpriced food that looks nothing like the picture on the menu. What used to be a step above McDonald's is now a shell of its former self and just as low as McDonald's. Overpriced bland, dry, and yet somewhat greasy food. Poor Dave is rolling over in his grave with shame.

One of the nicer Wendy’s, wasn’t too busy, but food was cold. Burger patties were lukewarm at best lettuce was wilted and cheese was cold to the touch. When I addressed the issue, it fell on deaf ears, so I was forced to eat my cold burger and go whine online.

Disgusting, the workers were throwing ice and burgers the food was cold. Saw a worker blow up the bathroom did not wash hands ..board of health will be called 🤮🤢🤢🤢

I placed an order on a food app and what they sent was this crap that I wouldn't give to my worst enemy. They should be more careful with people's food. This food is worse than a dog's food, old cold potatoes, the wrong soda. I ordered a hamburger with three meats and they sent me two leaves of lettuce, tomato, cheese and an old piece of meat. .

They only serve one customer at a time and you wait forever to get your order. Even through drive through they take one at a time you order the other person waits till you get your food to even order. If it's dead go ahead otherwise just go to Popeyes
I placed a carryout order through their app around 9 PM, but when I arrived, I found out the dining area was closed. A staff member came out and told me I couldn't enter to pick up my carryout; instead, I had to go through the drive-thru. Here’s the problem: the app design didn’t warn me about this, and they require a car to use the drive-thru. My car was broken down, and if it weren’t, I would’ve ordered directly through the drive-thru to begin with!
The app itself was also problematic; images wouldn't load, and despite the dining room being closed, it still allowed me to choose dine-in and carryout options. This really created an issue, as it wasn’t my fault for choosing a service option they weren’t actually providing.
I admit, I was a bit harsh to the staff at the drive-thru because the situation was beyond frustrating. But if I hadn’t been assertive, I don't think the shift manager would have agreed to give me my order without the car. I ended up telling them to either hand me the food or cancel the order before they finally checked and gave me my meal.
I apologize to any staff I might have offended—it wasn't personal, just frustration with the whole setup. I genuinely like Wendy’s food, but the app experience and communication here were poor. Wendy's, please fix the app and make sure customers know if carryout isn’t an option!

I bought a # 1 double and a lemonade ?. A bit after 9 pm tonight. I got home and had a chicken sandwich with cheese, onion, tomato, bacon and mayo. Not what I ordered and was hugely disappointing since at the time I was second in line and there was only one car behind me. As I drove off to head home. A line of cars had formed at the drive- thru. I ate my $ 13 fries and lemonade. I worked 10+ hours and wasn't about to go back out tonight. Hugely dissatisfied and disappointed. I needed the protein. Reason why I order a double in the first place.
