One of the nicer Wendy’s, wasn’t too busy, but food was cold. Burger patties were lukewarm at best lettuce was wilted and cheese was cold to the touch. When I addressed the issue, it fell on deaf ears, so I was forced to eat my cold burger and go whine online.

As usual for a Wendy's, it took quite a while to place our order (there were 2 parties ahead of us). Then it took another fair while to get the food. Then the vast majority of flavors were empty. Wendy's is only ever a backup choice for us.
