This place is not one to have a family dinner night. The food was to standards, but staff could have been more accountable. I complained the bad taste from the soda machine and instead of addressing it, she told me to try the other machine.

Overall great experience . I truly was not expecting much due to every other Wendy's I've neem too over the last few years being absolutely terrible especially when it came to customer service. But not this one. Everyone was working very hard as well as letting a little personality shine through as well. It truly made tne experience allot more enjoyable. I don't think I saw one employees while I was there that didn't smile. Everyone seemed genuinely happy....

I've been to 4 Wendy's. This Lincoln St one was the best. Fast, clearly efficient since there was a line at the drive-thru, but it moved quickly. Order was correct AND everything was Hot! Hat's off to this team!
