At around noon today, I went to this location on my lunch break from work and I was refused service NUMEROUS times. I went through the drive through and waited in line, when I got to the speaker an employee bypassed the AI ordering system to tell me they were not taking anymore orders after taking the orders of the people in front of me. I pulled out of the line and parked, and the people behind me were able to order and get their food. I went inside to try and order and was very rudely told for a second time they were not taking any orders but then continued to take more drive through orders as I was inside. All I did was pull up to the drive through and I was met with only disrespect from the staff.

Very dirty , trash over flowing the cans inside , employees have their kids there while they’re working and it’s like a daycare . Went twice in a month and was the same . Waited to order the first time with nobody in there and was standing there for 15 mins . The last time I just went nobody even came to take my order so we walked out .

Front staff manager in red shirt with black curly hair was rude and did not respect the fact that the food was overcooked, she gave me a face and one of the staff said “I told yall were out of tenders” very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Will not return.

The food was not the freshest or hottest, but still acceptable. It was really hard to find the entrance to the parking lot and get to the drive-through because of major roadwork going on all around the restaurant, but I guess that’s not their fault.

The food is fine, but they're severely understaffed. Wait times are insane. I'd recommend going to a different location until they can hire more staff

I placed a pick up order for the drive thru. Omg. The WAIT for food was ridiculous. We're talking easily 10mins at the window and that doesn't include the 15mins of waiting for the people who ordered ahead of us.

Food order was wrong. My chicken wrap was beyond cold and the chicken was so dry that it felt like it must've been from the AM shift. Sauces? Completely wrong. So much ice in the drinks that you only got a few gulps before you hit the bottom. Kids and my mom said their food was warm and made right, only reason they got two stars.

Worst Wendy's that I've ever been to. 0 out of 10 recommended.

The worst food and service. I came here after a redsox game on a Sunday, around 12:15am on 9/15 through the drive thru. The cashier lady was so rude and took a long time to hand me ice cold food that seemed like it was hours old. She didn't give me a receipt and I ended up throwing away all of the food and going to the Wendy's in Webster. Excellent service and food even at 12:45am. Appalled at the cashier's behavior. Just wild, never seen anything like it. Seemed like she grabbed my food right of of the trash and threw it in a to go bag. The bun was a brick.

If i could give this place zero stars i would its a sad excuse of a restaurant your always waiting ten plus minutes if its the drive through or inside soda machines always out of ice, broken, or has no soda in it. The lemonade is room tempter. Workers just look at you and our no help either short staffed or just dont care if your thinking of going just don’t waste of time and money
