Extremely rude worker named Shanelle who wanted to give me attitude for simply asking for my carry out order that had already been processed and all they had to do was confirm it on their register after I placed the order 20 mins ago. Erroneously unprofessional for such little work

Around 8:30-9-30pm I ordered on door dash and when my door dasher picked it up, it was the wrong order and wrong receipt. He brought it back to get the problem fixed and they were rude and did not want to make a new one. Next time tell your employees to not give door dashers or anyone wrong orders with a wrong receipt and make it fuss when someone catches them.

The young woman who takes orders at the cashier area in the morning shift has a very bad attitude.

It's great to land at midnight after a cross-country flight and have a place open to get a quick bite to eat.
UPDATE gave them a 4th try and well...It is 9:50 pm manager was rude, both burgers and fries (2 of each) were ice cold and wrong. Ordered 2 Dave's doubles and got 2 Dave singles, tried to go in to have them fixed and doors were locked. The bread on the burgers must have been left open for days as they were hard as a rock. Drive thru is automated now just FYI you will be talking to a robot so speak clearly and simply. Between here and the McDonald's across the street Wendy's hold up the rivalry in who can't be the worst food place in this area. Wendy's is winning, congrats. Ugh

At around noon today, I went to this location on my lunch break from work and I was refused service NUMEROUS times. I went through the drive through and waited in line, when I got to the speaker an employee bypassed the AI ordering system to tell me they were not taking anymore orders after taking the orders of the people in front of me. I pulled out of the line and parked, and the people behind me were able to order and get their food. I went inside to try and order and was very rudely told for a second time they were not taking any orders but then continued to take more drive through orders as I was inside. All I did was pull up to the drive through and I was met with only disrespect from the staff.

Very dirty , trash over flowing the cans inside , employees have their kids there while they’re working and it’s like a daycare . Went twice in a month and was the same . Waited to order the first time with nobody in there and was standing there for 15 mins . The last time I just went nobody even came to take my order so we walked out .

Front staff manager in red shirt with black curly hair was rude and did not respect the fact that the food was overcooked, she gave me a face and one of the staff said “I told yall were out of tenders” very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. Will not return.

The food was not the freshest or hottest, but still acceptable. It was really hard to find the entrance to the parking lot and get to the drive-through because of major roadwork going on all around the restaurant, but I guess that’s not their fault.

The food is fine, but they're severely understaffed. Wait times are insane. I'd recommend going to a different location until they can hire more staff
