Eileen and the entire staff at Westside Steak & BBQ are fantastic. The food is good, and my go-to is either a grilled chicken sandwich or a burger. The Mac & cheese bites are amazing. The best part is that this is a local neighborhood spot and Eileen is always kind and welcoming to those who come to eat.
There’s outdoor seating, and BYOB (liquid store next door). I feel like this is special little nook on the Westside of Worcester and if you’ve never been, you should absolutely check it out!
The parking is in the street, but I’ve never had any issue with getting a spot.

We aren't in Worcester often but we love BBQ and I have to say everything was absolutely delicious we got the full rib, ½ chicken, brisket and 6 sides for the family and it was an excellent price with plenty of leftovers. We will definitely order again!!!

Living outside NYC, you would assume I have lots of fabulous food options. But my absolute favorite grilled chicken Caesar salad is made at Westside Steak and BBQ. Every time I return to Worcester to visit family, I am certain to visit with the graciously welcoming owner, Eleni, and satisfy my craving. The salad is perfectly dressed with a flavorful Caesar dressing and the chicken breast is generously sized and perfectly grilled. Eleni mentioned another customer purchases this salad and drives it to his daughter living in NY. The BBQ meats and corn bread are delicious too!

The amazing food (everything was great - we ordered the big BBQ combo with all the sides - the pork ribs, pulled pork, and brisket) and the personal service by the owner immediately turned everything around for him, and it's his new favorite restaurant in Worcester.
I can't say enough good things about this place. It's truly a hidden gem of Worcester.

A very decent choice for barbeque in the area. The meat you get for under 40 bucks is HUGE and juicy. We ended up sharing the combo. You can grab a can a beer from next doors and bring to the place. That makes this place the cheapest place to eat barbeque in the area, while the meat taste solidly good. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back. The service is great too. The lady is very kind and friendly.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. The food was excellent, brisket and pulled pork were tender and the bbq sauce was delicious. Where they really shine is the service. Very kind, attentive, excellent with children and just overall extraordinary. Our server had the kids meals out first and much faster than we expected and even the adult meals were out faster than anywhere else we go out to eat. Overall a really fun night and we will be back!
