I hadn’t ordered from Wings Over Worcester since their remodel and rebrand, and unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. Everything came with an upcharge, the food arrived cold—likely due to their switch to Uber for delivery—and part of my order was missing. When I reached out, I was told I’d receive a $3 refund in a week, but they wouldn’t resend the missing items, despite charging $4 for delivery. Overall, the service and quality didn’t justify the cost. I won’t be ordering from them again. Honestly, you’ll get better food and service from a local pizza shop than from Wings Over Worcester.

It’s so hit or miss- this is more than likely my last time ordering from here. The fries were literally stale, cold, and zero seasoning. The chicken was soooooooo tough and dry. There’s been times where it’s been amazing, but the past few times were just terrible. Over 1/10.
