The wings were off the meter excellent seasoning hot when they came out I wish we had one of these in Rhode Island it would be better than the wing spots that we have now

Before you cast judgement, you need to understand that I am not the only one. I know of a few friends of mine that had the same issue but when you advertise delivery service on a day like the Super Bowl, you may want to make sure that you have your ducks in a row because when people spend hundreds of dollars on food, especially when they have people over, you may want to reconsider.

If you can’t make the order then why advertise the delivery service?

I know it’s a special day where things get crazy but nobody is to blame but you, the restaurant, you’re the one who allowed this to happen, this is your fault!

I mean what did you expect 20 orders today? Seriously? It’s so damn annoying because you know this is going to happen you should’ve been prepared and you should’ve limited and not allowed people to order the day of.

Update, they partnered with Door Dash and the driver canceled the order and good luck trying to get a hold of someone. Also, I did not get a refund and I hope I do. $160.00 + for NOTHING!!!

If they want business again, they have a lot and I mean A LOT!!!!!!! To make up for. Oh, and wing stop was taking orders up to 6 PM yesterday. Wish I knew.

What a shame. I really hope I don’t get the usual response like all of the bad reviews. I’m a business owner and if I don’t come through, I expect a major disappointment from my customers.

The owner has a job to do and is responsible and needs to be held accountable. If you can’t handle the job, then maybe you shouldn’t be in business.

Update number two, I decided to go to the store since they failed to answer the phone and the girl behind the counter is just as ignorant as the whole situation. I mean seriously if you want a thriving business you should take care of your customers who spends On an average 100+ dollars on an order sometimes people go as crazy as spending thousands of dollars on orders.

Anyway, the girl behind the counter told me that the owner canceled all the orders because they couldn’t keep up. Which is just fan freaking fantastic Because I am sure that there was a lot of Super Bowl parties that missed out on food because of this nonsense! Like seriously, if you can’t keep up then you shouldn’t be in business and it’s sad it really is.

I love going there but now forget it I’ll never go there again unless they have a new ownership or manager or something that cares about their customers.

I’m not sorry because you know I used to love this place this was my go to place for wings Until yesterday.

Whoever the owner is, I’m calling you out! I expect a phone call If you want to redeem yourself from this BS crap! I will take down this review if you come through but if you don’t I will make it my mission to make sure that nobody orders from you even though that’s going to be extremely difficult I don’t care, it’s the principal behind the fact! You have my phone number, I suggest you call it!

I ordered on Feb 8 was told my order would be ready at 4 then was told 6 when I arrived for pick up. Called at 6 p. Order wasn't even started .I wanted to cancel was hung up on.kept trying to call no nanwer!! Terrible service will never Order again expecting a refund on my card!!!

Wouldn’t know how they are. We made an order for pick up for Super Bowl for 5:45 PM pick up. Line way too long and they didn’t start cooking your order until you got there? I mean cmon will NEVER go or order from them again.

If I could give a 0 I would horrible service. I preordered for the Super Bowl for 6 pm delivery. A driver was there waiting over an hour and left and now my order just says received. Never received the food and it’s now almost 9 pm. They use a 3rd party for delivery so no way to contact anyone and I’ve tried to call the restaurant with no one answering the phone to check on the status. I understand it’s a busy night but don’t take preorders if you can’t handle it. Horrible way to run a business.

Chicken and fries tasted like cigarettes and boxes REAKED of cigarettes. My fiancée and I pre-ordered our food for the Super Bowl and it wasn’t done on time. We honestly didn’t mind as we understood they would be busy. INSTEAD, we drove 30 minutes each way for food we expected to have for dinner. AND IT TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES. Not even edible, so much so after grabbing a wing with our hands our HANDS smelled like cigarettes. Disgusted.

If I could give 0 stars I would we placed an order on Superbowl Sunday at 12pm and they told us our pick up time would be 4pm. We get there to pick up and they then say it’ll be done at 6pm it is now 6:30 and have haven’t even started the order and I was trying to get a refund over the phone and they HUNG up on me. Super unprofessional will never be eating here again

They took orders week before for superbowl, paid when ordered and when you get there atleast 40 angry people waiting because they took way to many orders . No way to get money back so you just walk eat the money wasted so you can still see game ! 430 scheduled pick up and order they said was going to be 5:45. I never write reviews but they just are horrible

I went there from recommendations of friends. Once I arrived the staff continued to stand in the kitchen and talk without acknowledging any customers within the building. Then I went to the kiosk to order. I sat at a table waiting while the workers continued to gossip. The two young ladies continued to talk about me loudly and rudely as if hoping to get a reaction then stare at me to make me uncomfortable. Most of the time I wouldn't mind but it seemed as though the people working wanted confrontation and I will not be going back.

I showed up because when over the phone and online i attempted to order 40 tenders with 4 flavors being honey bbq, honey mustard, sweet chili, and garlic parm when i called i was put on hold for 10+ minutes before another member of my party called because we felt ignored. The employee who answered had a lot of attitude over the phone when explaining that online it says 4 flavors but only lets us pick two. So i had to go to the store and i had the same issue the employee had attitude again even when i pointed out that the menu clearly says “40 tender choose 4 flavors” the associate was clearly not being helpful so i asked for the manager afterwards she complied with us and wrote down the flavors once the order was finished the manager came out and explained that 40 tenders only get 2 flavors but when i pointed out that HIS menu said 4 flavors he attempted to down play the fact that they were wrong in the situation once i arrive home and unpack we open our food and they did not give us the Honey mustard we ordered. I wish i had a better experience i understand bad day but when there is clear proof that a person is wrong then the incorrect party should Atleast apologize
