I feel, and have felt ever since they opened a location in Worcester, that they have the best wings around. They have soooo many different flavors, that everyone should be able to find at least one that they will love. And the chicken itself is always great. I have never had a piece that was chewy or stringy.
It is not the most inviting place to sit and eat your food. It is small. Super bright. And there is ALWAYS a lot of people and delivery drivers mulling about waiting...

We received most of UBER order, but not our fries (2)...again. I asked to speak with a manager (not like a Karen), I got Carl. He literally upgraded the fries and is driving them all the way to us (30 minutes). THIS is great customer service 👏. I am so grateful for him. He realized they forgot something and is fixing it. I try to strive for great customer service at work daily. This man is doing just that. I hope his boss sees this and gives him appreciation! Thanks Carl!!

We got the garlic parmesian, honey mustard and Korean BBQ. All excellent. I am leaving a review because of the fries. We got loaded fries... let's just say they were sad and waaaaay too expensive for what they were. They were worse than the awful cafeteria crinkle fries from childhood with movie theater nacho cheese and bacon bits. Incredibly dry and gritty. And portion could fit in my hand for $13.50!!
