Unimpressive - I would put the food at about the same level as a KFC, but the service is fast and efficient. I'm not certain why they're called "Wingstop" since the "wings" I ordered were not really wings but more nuggets. I'm not likely to return.

No pickle in the chicken sandwich. Literally the only reason we order this sandwich, come on. Super dry chicken nuggets, not even tenders, fries were soggy and cold. Horrible fries. Never ordering here again.

The restaurant's service is too slow, a dasher delivery order has to wait 40 minutes. Store managers should prioritize dasher delivery orders. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were two customers ordering food and they both received their orders within 10-15 minutes and left. It seems they love customers who order on the spot. Dashers should pay attention not to accept orders from this product, it will make you waste time and upset.

I ordered delivery for 16 wings, 8 hot honey and 8 lemon pepper but only received 3 of each flavor, so a total of 6 wings. I called to complain and they initially offered me a refund, but then said they actually couldn’t give me a refund and the only solution was to go in store to pick up the rest of my order. Will not be ordering from here in the future.
